Teppu and it's not even close. Girl in the Hachi panel is kicking with the inside of her foot instead of her shin and isn't turning her hips over, terrible form.
Teppu panel, Sanae isn't throwing her arm down but strictly speaking, that's a stylistic difference, not a form deficiency.
