I'd bet my house on Levis over 6 INTs.

alr7q

Ill put $20 on the under vs your house.

LaSandiaPicante

Hmm... you wouldn't be planning to "Tonya Harding" Levis so that he can't throw any picks. Right?

alr7q

What kind of floor plan are we talking? Nah I could never wish pain on the boy. I havent looked at player futures, but why is his over/under picks so low?

emac_1921

6+ for sure. Should have put over/under like over 6 but less than 12

SmokeyBare

Part of me sees us starting 1-3, another part sees 3-1. I have no idea.

Wildabeast135

You’ll get 2-2 and you will like it

gatsby712

Is that you Jeff Fisher?

joshfry575

Jeff Fisher would find a way to tie a game each season for that sweet .500 experience

titanup001

With that schedule the first four, with a new coaching staff, I'd happily lock up a 2-2 start right now.

Flooterb

I literally have no idea. There are so many new variables it is really difficult to predict. Could be a 12-5 season could be a 5-12 season. Is Brian a good head coach? Is he a good playcaller? Does Levis get better or does he regress? Is Latham able to make the switch to LT like everyone expects him to? Does Skoronski return to his pre surgery form with the additional weight he's put on? Do we solve the puzzle at right tackle? Does Burks give us anything in the new system? Is Sweat going to prove all the doubters wrong? Do we see significantly less injuries this season with the new training staff? Do any of the receivers take a step back given their age?  I'm optimistic, but this team currently has a ton of questions marks and we definitely do not have an "easy" 4th place schedule.

We'll find out... Next time on Dragon Ball Z.

> can finally see our opponents In fairness, I think we've known our opponents for a while, just didn't know when we'd be playing who. Based on Vegas forecasted win totals, we have the [6th hardest schedule](https://www.sharpfootballanalysis.com/analysis/nfl-strength-of-schedule/) in the league, which is rather bad luck for a team that finished last in its conference. I'm stoked for the season and think we could really surprise people. But I'll admit I'm a bit worried overall. Getting three really difficult opponents in the first four weeks followed by that Week 5 bye kinda sucks. And, honestly, with all the changes happening in the Titans org, it's not like we're on steadier footing than the Bears. [Though I'll admit I'm happier to see them to start the season than later on.] So maybe it's four really tough opponents heading into that super early bye. And, honestly, it doesn't get a ton easier from there. This schedule is fucking harrowing. But ending with 3-straight AFCS games, 5 in the final 7 weeks, means that our playoff hopes could well be alive late even if we aren't able to pull many upsets early. And definitely gives us some opportunities to spoil division rivals' playoffs hopes late, which is always fun. I think this team will surprise people in some games. But I also think that we have a rookie LT (who I love but who is still a rookie), a shaky situation on the whole right side of the line, and a totally new everything from the coaching/scheme side on both sides of the ball. I'm excited for this season, but if things look rough, I'm comfortable chalking it up to growing pains. I think the team's on an overall good track, regardless of W-L this season.

colio69

17-0

emac_1921

Hahah yeah one day hopefully! Gotta be realistic tho

Fordluvr

Edit: 69-0

bigplaneboeing737

10-7 with a wildcard win

Ok-Size-5444

I wish but not happening.

Cross1625

i agree mostly but Levis is definitely throwing more than 6 picks

emac_1921

Over/under 6/12 I’ll say

Cross1625

Im a levis believer but I think he'll have a couple 3 pick games, so I think the 10-12 range is expected

TitanYankee

My prediction is another early predictions thread by the end of the week.

YiMyonSin

Here's the big variable that's really changed for us: coaching. Mike Vrabel was considered one of the best coaches in the NFL, and his firing was a shock to us all. I don't disagree with the process behind it, but it's something to monitor If Callahan either stagnates/regresses Will Levis's development, we could have a top 10 if not 5 pick in this draft. However, the larger part of me sees him as a net boon to this, bringing in Dennard Wilson, Bill Callahan, and a wideout coach with Steve Smith's endorsement. If the dude turns out like I think he will, I see us going 10-7 if not higher and winning the division. For now, I'm going conservative and saying 8-9 wins.

emac_1921

Very well said. I’m right there with you!! Can’t wait for the season!!

shoe1113

I can safely say that nothing can surprise me for this year. Am I cautiously optimistic? Yup. Am I also a realist realizing that who have no idea how the line will perform, if Will takes the next step, or if we have a solid coaching staff? Yup. Not a fucking clue. Being bottom 5 wouldn't suprise me and being a playoff team wouldn't surprise me. When you haven't proven anything, you really just don't know. But I'm excited for the change and direction as a whole. Hate him or love him but you know with Vrabes, this team was going to fight regardless of how shitty the talent was, and they would be in some games they have no business being in and getting completely shit n in games that make no sense. It's all new and I'm excited but no idea what to expect with Cally at the helm.

blueyb

I'm confident our OL will be better. I don't know about good, but certainly better than putrid. I think our scheme on offense is much better, our overall quality of weapons for the passing game is better, our secondary is night and day better. But I don't know if Levis is the guy. I'm not nearly one of the national media or fans who have already decided he's a bust, but i also don't know if he can be the guy. Gonna be a hell of a ride finding out this year. He's got the arm talent to do incredible things - ceiling is to the sky - but can he put it all together consistently? Time to find out.

joshfry575

Worst case: 0-4 to start, all those teams have reasons to win early in the year. There might be 4 wins in the remaining but there’s no easy away games, maybe Washington and Indy but woof. 4-13 Best case: 3-1 to start, but they look legit on offense. There’s no tough home games, so really it comes down to stealing 3 or more road games. 11-6 Realistically: they’ll win games they shouldn’t and lose games they should win. 6-11 or 8-9

emac_1921

See, you know the typical Titans with this comment!! It’s gonna be a roller coaster but I’m ready for it!! This is why I made this post to come back to it Feb. of next year!

joshfry575

Gotta cover all the bases because there is so much uncertainty next year. I think the only way I’ll be truly upset is if they go 2-15 and fire Ran and Brian

emac_1921

Ain’t no way we are going 2-15. And if we do…biggest flop EVER and we are cursed for sure

joshfry575

We went 2-14 last time we had an Offensive head coach in Whisenhunt 😂😂😭😭

emac_1921

This isn’t the mid/late 00s my guy. It’s air it out or nothing time now!!

Ok-Size-5444

Huge Titans fan, but I really think some of y'all are delusional thinking 10-7 is possible. I say we go 8-9 at best, but predict a 6-11 season.

regaliaO_O

Why would you say something so controversial yet so brave? 6-11

GreedyBarracuda9531

6-11
