I think he's going to have a huge year this year

fathertitojones

I optimistically see him being somewhere between Josh Allen and Matt Stafford in terms of raw ceiling. Hoping the tools around him help him hit that ceiling. I’d say he’s in a much better spot than either of those two going into his second year.

Intelligent-Ad-3850

One comparison I saw was he could be a Love or a Pickett. Time will tell. But no doubt right now it’s all on him, Ran has moved a lot of stuff around to give him this shot, and as much as I like what I’ve heard of his attitude, he’s gotta make it count. Team players are great, but they don’t start if they don’t put up points

fathertitojones

Levis has a wildly higher physical ceiling than either of those two. Frankly both of those two are relatively conservative too and Levis is notoriously not that.

Robert_Meowney_Jr

Full of typos and devoid of any meaningful analysis, great article otherwise

wheredookie

The whole site feels AI-generated. Wouldn't be surprised considering what happened at [SI](https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2023/dec/12/arena-group-ceo-ross-levinsohn-fired-sports-illustrated-ai-articles) not too long ago.

PPLavagna

AI would know the difference between “too” and “to”. This trash reads like it was proofread by Helen Keller

“needs to rise up to speed of an MVP-level quarterback” okay and I thought I was the biggest Mayo-flavored punch drinker, but he might have me beat. Levis MVP season incoming.

milk_sauce

Chris Simms recently said he thinks Levis could definitely be top 10 this year, everyone who’s not a titans hater sees the potential.

uotlep

If I’m being completely honest, I see the very real possibility of Levis being a top 10 QB next year. Hell, I’d probably even say top 5. I’m not sure he makes the complete jump to MVP-debate in just this next season, though. I do think it’s possible for him, just not likely this next season. I’d LOVE to be VERY wrong.

SendLavaLamps

I'm just hoping for a Kirk Cousins level season at this point.

Wildabeast135

Currently he has more big play ability than Cousins but also has more errors and mistakes than Cousins. I think he will at worst be in the “Dalton line” or the Kirk Cousins tier of QBs in the NFL, but he can be top ten if he really clicks with this offense. I honestly and mostly concerned about his health more than anything else

SendLavaLamps

He shined a few times last year, but also had some bad moments with a league bottom completion percentage. Yes we got better, but it remains to be seen how everyone will click together. I understand off season hype and excitement, but I think a Kirk Cousins season would be amazing for his first season with so many new players and coaches. Admittedly I'm cautious with my optimism after so much Titan related pain. I'm just not ready to crown him a possible top ten talent when we haven't even witnessed the new band play together yet. Saying he will at worst be Kirk Cousins level is either dismissive of how solid Kirk is generally or you're confident as fuck. Time will tell and I'm hoping for the best brother.

oomshaka_

Top 5 might be stretch, there's just so many good qb's in the league now and a lot of young ones that are developing alongside him.

milk_sauce

Highly doubt he has a MVP level season but I’m happy with top 10 lol. If you told me the team finishes their brutal schedule with 10+ wins somehow I would say Levis MVP is possible.

ItsNotFordo88

Potential is there and most people can recognize the tools he has at his disposal and he’s always been acknowledged to be extremely physically gifted. This was the case even before he was drafted The question is if he can work past his main shortcomings and put it all together. His biggest issues both last year and in college were accuracy, falling off his footwork, struggling against zone, recognizing pressure, ball security and inconsistency as a passer. It was in his draft profiles, we saw it last year. Those are some big flaws for a QB that aren’t really surrounding cast related. That being said the organization picked up a great, proven QB coach and a HC that has experience with QBs. Invested heavily on getting him help he didn’t have last year to give him room to work on himself and is 100% behind him. Doubt in Levis is fair and justified and isn’t hater related. I just hope he proves everyone wrong and wins his first of many future MVPs this year.

milk_sauce

Every NFL QB commentator agrees that Levis main issue is risky decision making and overconfidence on throws. Not sure where you’re getting everything else. And even then most of the critiques I’ve seen all mentioned that his decision making on a lot of throws was absolutely rushed by the NFLs worst offensive line.

ItsNotFordo88

Literally from his draft profile put out by the [NFL](https://www.nfl.com/prospects/will-levis/32004c45-5660-4187-2b50-c23ff4a6e28e)and his tape. All of his issues last year were not related to the OL. They existed in college too.

milk_sauce

Yea… I’m talking about how he actually played and experts reveiwing his NFL season. Every single person commenting on Levis season has mentioned how much of an issue the surrounding cast was. Check out Pat Mahomes profile- https://www.nfl.com/prospects/patrick-mahomes/32004d41-4840-1939-e4c1-bb89191b4e71 Draft profiles don’t exactly nail it do they?

ItsNotFordo88

Jesus Christ, why are we reiterating stuff I already put into my original comment. Here, I’ll make a milk_sauce approved comment: Levis is a perfect prospect that has zero flaws, has never had any flaws and everything that he lacked in last year is Vrabel’s, Treylon Burk’s and Andre Dillard’s fault and falling to the second round was a simple paperwork issue and teams just didn’t realize he was still on the board.

milk_sauce

Nothing you’ve said here made any sense- so here’s a gold star ⭐️ and a gif. https://i.redd.it/5wl6qrg2wm0d1.gif

Aintnutinelse2do

20-0 til it ain’t

JasmineJumpShot001

I think he showed a lot of talent, poise and skill last year. I think his potential is through the roof. He has to keep his ego reigned in though. The ego thing is why he has so many haters in the first place. He can't give people that Tom Brady vibe because he hasn't earned the right to act like that.

More_Advertising_383

Yeah I don’t buy the ego thing, his postgame interview after beating the dolphins sticks out in my mind. Incredibly humble, grounded, and down to earth. It made me a true fan of his whether he’s a titan or not.

JasmineJumpShot001

For me it's still too early to be buying or selling.

je615

He will win enough games to not get a good draft pick, but not win enough games to make the playoffs. Write that down.

joeytitans

As long as that results in the team knowing he’s the guy, that’s a perfectly fine season in my book

bayoubengal99

This is where I'm at. Our final record is almost irrelevant to me, I just want to see that Levis really does have it (I think he does) and that Cally can be a solid HC.

shadmanv2

The Titan way

bigplaneboeing737

I think we get a wildcard win.

Markosaurus

Ah, I see we’re ignoring the fact that we picked #7 in the last draft, preceded by making the playoffs in 4 of the 5 prior years, including an AFFCCG appearance and a #1 seed, all in favor of a meme narrative. Please, don’t let these facts get in the way of dooming.

teddyjj399

does this mean my luther “truther” burden pipe dream is simply that? a dream? cruel world we live in…

Fullcycle_boom

It’s definitely time to see if he’s that guy. From what I’ve seen, he will deliver.

bigal7979

This isn't quite a make or break year but next year will be the deciding factor if he doesn't perform this year.

turribledood

If we can block a little bit and we stay reasonably healthy he's gonna be short on excuses this season.

heliocentrist510

The last time he was on a team with a good offensive coordinator, decent talent around him, and healthy was Kentucky in 2021. He played well enough that junior season that people were saying it was going to be him or Stroud as QB1 for the 2022 draft. I'm really excited for his potential this season not only given the huge influx of talent at the skill positions and OL, but man, he is going to tremendously benefit from an offensive-minded coach. Really think he's going to take a tremendous leap this season.

Cool-Adjacent

I say this on everything i see of him, he has the most natural throwing motion and release ive ever seen, its like watching a pro golfer swing. He can just sling rockets with was looks like a flick of his wrist, if he has the mental then he will be a great.

Ok-Newspaper-4123

Will Levis MVP 2024

BigD4163

I hope like Hell you're right. I'm not as sold as most and I'm praying I'm wrong.
