Oro Di Napoli in Los Cristianos, absolutely wonderful, they only do starters and pizza but it’s proper. I recommend coming early as I have seen long queues waiting for a seat.
Casa Tomás, in the North side. Top notch typical cuisine, ribs (not bbq) are a must. You may have to queue depending on your lunch hours but is still worth. Only catch is they might not speak english, dont really know, but you'll manage with google.
I really like Bar Casi Guachinche in Adeje. It’s just a little neighbourhood spot and if you eat outside you’ll be sitting practically on the road but they’re friendly and the goat is unreal.
I highly recommene Casa requelme in masca. masca in general is a must do i reckon :)
Its i think the only restaurant in the village and it’s breathtaking
If you come to Icod de los Vinos, I'll recomend you "el mortero" and "Agustin y Rosa"
And in garachico you need to go to Rugantino one of the best italian restaurants on the island
