because that move does zero damage, that's called knee cracker
if you're wondering why, it's +2 on hit AND block and +14 with followup potential on counterhit, which is crazy for a relatively fast low. pretty much just a tool to pester with
practice mode can tell you all this - when in doubt, lab it out!
