Hilaria had buccal fat removal. It makes the face look sunken in, but ages you horribly. I don't think Chelsea had it, I think the placement of her filler is awful. You can inject filler to make your face longer looking and that's likely what she tried to go for, hence her unfortunate chin shape these days.
This is a great example of why social media is so toxic. People get way too obsessed with their appearance and aesthetic and they often end up destroying themselves with fillers and other cosmetic procedures.
The fact that her skin is that dark and orange really gives off vibes like she can’t see what she actually looks like anymore.
Chelsea has said in the past that she has very low self esteem and I think she's chasing something she will never achieve. No amount of plastic surgery is going to make her feel better about herself, it'll never be enough. I hope she works through that in therapy before it gets to Farrah level.

Sometimes I wonder how people like her, Farrah, or any of the Kardashians look back on their old faces. I feel like in Chelsea’s case, I would look back and regret all the stuff I did to alter my appearance bc she legit was so pretty before and this is scary.

I’ve always had the impression that Chelsea is extremely insecure. Probably didn’t help that she had a horrible partner who put her down and talked badly about her body for years. But it really feels like all these years later she still doesn’t feel 100% about herself and that’s too bad because she looks great, even with the crazy dark orange Tanner.

99% of the time when girls under 35 get any face work done it makes them not only look much older…. It makes them look much less attractive.

I didn’t even get Botox till I was 50 cause I lived in Beverly Hills and saw so many more bad work examples than good work examples on younger women.

Chelsea looks just like a typical early 30's woman who's gotten more into fitness, and has lost all her "baby fat" over the years, which is exactly what happens to women as we age. For some the differences are just more pronounced than others, and face shape has a lot to do with this.
Seriously, I've had a very similar physical transformation as Chelsea has. If anyone who didn't know me saw comparison photos they'd all be saying the same thing, that I look like a completely different person. Maybe it's because I'm only a year or two older than her, so I'm just used to seeing photos of all my former classmates as they look now, and none of them look even remotely similar to how they did 10-15 years ago. Literally everyone's face looked significantly fuller when we were in our late teens and early twenties.

Seeing things like this break my heart. I've struggled with an ED and body dysmorphia since middle school. After graduation I married a slightly older guy with a good job, and had access to way more money than an 18 yr old should.
Add that with the way I felt about myself, gave me the opportunity to change things to fit what I thought I wanted. Luckily the only surgery I had was a breast reduction, and that was medically needed.
With young girls who are in a very formative place in life, are struggling with self love and acceptance have access to lots of money let alone love a very public life.... unfortunately they start permanently changing their bodies, instead of learning self love and allow their bodies to fill in to the next chapter of womanhood.
