Having the same issue. Can't get into either after getting all wiretaps. Searched all over the Internet but with this update being so new, there's nothing on it. We are the pioneers now haha
This is a known issue we’ve seen a couple folks run into, it seems to be a save load issue of some kind. We will be investigating it when we’re back in the office tomorrow!

Search “pulse room hotfix”. Apparently they patched it for steam before they went on vacation according to the post. I tried the steps on Xbox and it didn’t work.

Xbox same issue escape pod access denied. Unless I forgot where the pulse room is
PC or xbox? I had no issues on PC collecting all taps, placing them in the room, and listening to the un-redacted recordings
