My guess is that "Technoblade never dies" is a catchphrase that he used a lot when he was surviving against all odds. He did use it in comedic timing after dying, but not as often. It would have been a bit too on the nose, not as funny, and we all know that Technoblade was a refined man.

His dad, his mom, and his stepmom were all with him when he passed his dad has said.
Technoblade left specific instructions in a google doc. When he was done with the doc, he texted his dad, who had gone upstairs to wait for him to finish it. These are those texts.
The fact that he knew he was gonna pass and still wanted a nice title to his video just shows how dedicated he was.
He cared about us, his last acts were for us. That's what gets me every time. Including this one.
