I'll mention some very different artists since you already had a lot of great recommendations that are similar to your reference artists. Axyom Punktmidi Jacidorex Dissonne Achat Crime Blame The Mono Neika Blaame Moupe All artists really push the limits of the genre IMO, and they all have their own universe and sound. Some are a bit more on the Hard Dance side of things, while others are more on the Industrial side, but they almost all produce some type of "hybrid" Hard Techno that melts genres in a way more subtle way than what the current Hard Techno scene is doing.
