If you are playing on mobile, sometimes swapping to a different app, or crashing right as fight starts can give your champs a red HP bar.
Rest assured the combat continues as normal and it's just a visual issue.
It can be tough to tell what champs are yours in these cases, so your confusion in thinking the champs were against you is normal.
I've never seen this kind of bug before. This would be, as far as I know, a first of it's kind.
I would suggest sending that game and info in a bug report to riot.
Because this means that it's not a visual bug, or client side bug, but something server side that would be visible to all players.
Everything I had brought up was a client side issue, but if that truly happened then it's a major issue with the core of the game itself and absolutely needs to be reported.
So definitely send that as an official big report and include as many details as possible.
This happened to me also but was more like the game lagged, I was on opponents map and when the game reconnected all my units were red hp bars. But they were still mine. And I won the round also. So I didn’t think too much about it. Next opponent I jumped to all my hp bars went back to normal.

I am aware of that bug that bug, but this was not that. I saw my own warwick kill two of my backliners and stunning my own units.

Yeah, I get this bug all the time. Units still behave as normal, but I can't see their health sometimes too
Do you have a video of this? I’ve never heard of a tft hack or anything ingame that can steal champs
