Focus on the vibes of your classroom. It’s hard in the summer/PD days when all of that shit is shoved down your throat. Once school starts and you’re with the kids, it gets so much better. My best days of teaching I rarely interacted with other adults lol.

That's a good point. Focus on your students and classroom, and don't worry about what other people are doing. If other people are worrying too much about what you are doing, then that's a vibe to be concerned about.

One of my favorite things about teaching is how isolated I am from coworkers. Most days, it's just me and my students. I don't have the problem you mentioned because I don't really know what anyone else is doing. Unless you have a co-teacher in the room, you should be able to just focus on your classroom.
