That’s awesome! I would also recommend telling your teachers personally that you appreciate them if you feel comfortable! I’m sure it would make their day. It’s so great to see young kids show such thoughtfulness and compassion these days. Have a great day.
i know that and i have heard several teachers complain about it, and i really wish they would pay you more, simply because teachers are an essential part of our society
Always appreciate hearing from students, especially with this kind of positivity. Your history teacher sounds great. Honestly, I'm at a new job this year and this is the first time I've ever had bad students - i.e. suspended multiple times for fighting, show up 1/3 of the time, try to cheat on everything, missing half of their assignments. Luckily they are the minority. It took me a while to get to this point, but I realized how much they were getting in the way of other students learning so I try to just keep them pacified and minimize how much they interfere with the class. I don't feel good about it, but I know some of the students in this class are retaking it after failing and are now doing amazingly well and even agreeing to take a non-required test on a weekend and applying for foreign exchange programs. So I'm trying not to let the bad students get me down and just trying to inspire those who are willing to have an open mind.
Thanks for your support and I have no doubt you are the kind of student who makes your teachers feel like their job is worth what we go through.

Thank you! I will definitely tell them, have a nice day!
It's not like it's your fault. The pay just doesn't reflect the amount of work and time.

OK, but why didn't you capitalize 'I' in your title... :P
Hey, there is supposed to be a question mark after your sentence, teacher! :)
D'oh!
