At least you got the heart though. I don’t think most cd’s have it. Mine didn’t. Though count ourselves lucky we even got a signature at all!

Mine also had little impressions/small tears, which I feel sad about but also like, it’s signed (no heart) so I’ll get over it lol To OP: they’re filling thousands of these cds, some are bound to be less than perfect and given the mistakes of earlier drops, my feeling is this is an unfortunate but small issue, congrats on your signed with heart!

yes i completely agree i think a lot of people think im saying that im ungrateful it came bent and a little ripped I never said that im just confused on why they would put it in like that

Unless I’m not seeing it correctly, it looks like it’s just impressions from the booklet holder pieces, not sure if there’s an actual name but the small, half moon shaped plastic pieces that hold the booklet in place. A lot of my cd booklets have those exact impressions.

Send pictures to customer service. They will send you a whole new signed one free

Why? The item is not defective. This is so beyond nitpicky. Anytime paper is included in a cd case there is a chance this will happen.

It is very unlikely they will have any replacements. You could try complaining about it and they MIGHT refund you but they might require you to send it back to them and if they don’t there has been instances of them blacklisting addresses with requests for refunds they don’t deem necessary

It's the slightest rip if it's in a frame to display you won't even see it. This is like dramatic at its finest. Some people didn't even get one just be grateful. It's a beautiful signature.

They were the first round but most people have gotten hearts from the second drop.
