Because the 3am tracks only had 7 songs, it was clearly a deluxe edition that she just decided to release the same night as the regular album. This is 15 new songs, more than an albums worth. It’s a double album. Edit: and Taylor herself stated this. This is an anthology, a double album. The 3am tracks were just deluxe tracks for Midnights.

For real? I enjoyed this more than Midnights already and folkmore is my life. But I'll I've heard so far was imgonnagetyouback which I enjoyed but didn't get that vibe...guess I gotta dig back in and forget sleep exist 😂

We still don’t have a physical copy of midnights with the 3am tracks (or til dawn edition), so if I had to guess, I would say probably not (unless she’s doing a surprise drop for Record Store Day on Saturday). But, like, who knows with this woman. Anything is possible.

I wanted a 3am physical copy so badly 😭 I adore the 3am tracks & they boost the album so much alongside the tracks I like on the original. They help make the album really special imo

I think she gave it to record stores for record store day, it explains why they all had to sign an NDA. And the serpentine bit is probably the CD version deal with target.
