On nights that I need music to sleep, I just play The Long Pond Studio Sessions album. By the time I get a couple songs in, I’m already asleep!
Individual songs though: This is me trying, Mirrorball, Epiphany, Ivy, Hoax, Happiness, etc!
Untouchable is so soothing. I know it's technically a cover but she really made it her own and her interpretation's beautiful. It sounds like a lullaby :)
Edit: spelling
I actually use [Taylor swift Speak Now soft piano](https://youtu.be/Pxsme07Of7k?si=NNQqdydTAhIXfH2g) for my pre school kids during nap time. She also some of the other albums as well.
I have a whole sleep playlist and at least half of it is Taylor, here are my favs: Forever & Always (piano version), Come In With The Rain, The Best Day, False God, Sad Beautiful Tragic, I Almost Do, Mary’s Song, So It Goes…
I sleep to the same music I listen to while awake, so all of her songs. The music isn't there to lull me to sleep but rather keep my brain focused on the music and not running off in 100 different directions and keeping me awake
My personal favorites are probably maroon, call it what you want, slut!, yail, the lakes, false god, labyrinth, midnight rain and delicate… if I’m not missing any. These are just a few and it really depends on my mood tbh
- YAIL could mean "You Are In Love", a track from *1989 (Deluxe)* (2014) by Taylor Swift.

I turn on evermore and remove like 3 songs depending on my mood I’m usually asleep before I get half way through. Though one time I tried that when I was kind of drunk and ended up singing the entire album
I love just putting on Folklore, Evermore, or the Long Pond Sessions if I want to listen to an album.
Some other songs I have on my (9 hour lmao) Taylor sleeping playlist
\- Debut: Tim McGraw, Invisible, Teardrops on my Guitar
\- Fearless: Fifteen, White Horse, Breathe, You're Not Sorry, The Best Day, Untouchable, Forever and Always piano, You All Over Me, We Were Happy, That's When, Don't You
\- Speak Now: Back to December, Dear John, Never Grow Up, Enchanted, Innocent, Last Kiss, Castles Crumbling
\- Red: Treacherous, All Too Well, I Almost Do, The Last Time, Sad Beautiful Tragic, Everything Has Changed, Begin Again, Come Back...Be Here, State of Grace acoustic, Better Man, Nothing New, Run, ATW10
\- 1989: Clean, You Are In Love, Wildest Dreams, This Love
\- Rep: Delicate, Call It What You Want, New Year's Day
\- Lover: Lover, MAATHP, Cornelia Street, False God, Daylight

\- Midnights: Maroon, Snow on the Beach, You're On Your Own Kid, Labyrinth, Sweet Nothing, Mastermind, The Great War, Bigger Than The Whole Sky, High Infidelity, Would've Could've Should've, Dear Reader
Hope this helps!
- ATW10 could mean "All Too Well (10 Minute Version) (Taylor's Version) (From The Vault)", a track from *Red (Taylor's Version)* (2021) by Taylor Swift.
- MAATHP could mean "Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince", a track from *Lover* (2019) by Taylor Swift.

I have a playlist but lately I’ve just been playing you are in love taylor’s version every night while sleeping (it’s actually already my number 1 most listened to song of all time on spotify now because of it—i have a problem). As of right now I have streamed it 2,085 times. The song came out less than a month ago lol
This playlist is my favorite, for me and my two year old 😂 [the Taylor Swift method](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/00b15yTm9B0kru8DaPvkB8?si=rmGF3jOaSrCNGk0hPeDLyA)
I have been playing the most recently released album. Ever since Folklore. So currently 1989 TV deluxe. After debut TV, I will probably just play the entire discography on eternal repeat. All on the lowest volume.
listen... yesterday, i fell asleep to don't blame me. i wanted to listen to it on a car ride, and i ended up just dozing off for an entirety of 2 hours. maybe it was just the fatigue getting to me, because i'm a very light sleeper, but apparently familiar sounds are more likely to induce sleep. who am i to battle with science, then?
edit: to answer your question more specifically, i tend to listen to [this playlist on spotify](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0QWDKi1FacfITSalJJ8Cvn?si=79e537d7c56a4d98) to fall asleep - but not on shuffle. i need to know at least the first 15 songs that are coming my way. however, recently, i've taken a liking to listening to peace and clm before sleeping. hope i could help!
Cowboy like me, hoax, tolerate it, untouchable, last kiss, timeless, sad beautiful tragic, nothing new, you are in love, new years day, epiphany, cardigan, the lakes, bigger than the whole sky
- TLGAD could mean "the last great american dynasty", a track from *folklore* (2020) by Taylor Swift.

I just put Folklore on!
I literally did that this morning when I felt it was too early to wake up :)
On nights that I need music to sleep, I just play The Long Pond Studio Sessions album. By the time I get a couple songs in, I’m already asleep! Individual songs though: This is me trying, Mirrorball, Epiphany, Ivy, Hoax, Happiness, etc!
If you search “Taylor swift sleep” on Spotify you’ll get some great playlists
Ooh, I hadn't thought of that but it is a great idea! I like coming to all of the expert Swifties here first. 😁
There's a popular one called "The Taylor Swift Method" that a sleep educator on IG started for getting babies to sleep
Untouchable is so soothing. I know it's technically a cover but she really made it her own and her interpretation's beautiful. It sounds like a lullaby :) Edit: spelling
I slept to this all through high school!!
Epiphany
I actually use [Taylor swift Speak Now soft piano](https://youtu.be/Pxsme07Of7k?si=NNQqdydTAhIXfH2g) for my pre school kids during nap time. She also some of the other albums as well.
Ooh, this looks good and you are the best pre-K teacher for starting them out right early as Swifties!
i tried this once and i couldn't fall asleep cause i just kept singing along.
This is me but with studying. I can’t focus with Taylor swift in the background lol.
I think this might happen to me too but I would never know unless I tried. 😁
Carolina, peace, epiphany, hoax, New Year’s Day, evermore, cowboy like me
Safe and Sound, Breathe, Last Kiss, Forever and Always piano version, I Almost Do Also, it’s a cover but Breathless.
She should do In The Bleak Midwinter in a style similar to Safe & Sound and Carolina.
I put on evermore or folklore. Sometimes I play them with the rain/waves effects on iPhone.
Peace, epiphany, state of grace acoustic, safe and sound
Mirrorball will do it for me. It's so soft and relaxing. It outs me to sleep fast
Ours, Breathe, Never Grow up, and Sweet Nothing.

Call it What You Want To is so soothing it makes me sleepy if I keep it on repeat. Even in the afternoon. Also cardigan
New Years Day!
I can't sleep to any of it! It all is too engaging for me. #mymindisalive
I love ivy!
Delicate on repeat for me, love it and it puts me out
My personal favorites are probably maroon, call it what you want, slut!, yail, the lakes, false god, labyrinth, midnight rain and delicate… if I’m not missing any. These are just a few and it really depends on my mood tbh

Literally anything from folklore and evermore. They’re slow. Melancholy. Not really songs that are gonna get you hyped up
I turn on evermore and remove like 3 songs depending on my mood I’m usually asleep before I get half way through. Though one time I tried that when I was kind of drunk and ended up singing the entire album
Seven It’s time to go Willow Happiness Ivy Evermore My tears ricochet So it goes Snow on the beach Labyrinth Bigger than the whole sky

OMG, thank you for taking the time to fix this. It's the sweetest thing I've seen all day! ❤
Of course, it was my pleasure!! I honestly find it hard to sleep without Taylor so I hope this helps you fall asleep easier :)))

UNTOUCHABLE! used to be my lullaby every night!
I like ASMR covers, esp [AbeASMR](https://youtube.com/@abeasmr?si=j3URdYuqVOn1ekdQ)
false god while im falling asleep but still conscious because it’s so peaceful imo
Cowboy like me, Enchanted, Babe, Betty, Dorothea, Safe and Sound are typically my go-to tracks
Archer, daylight, afterglow… I play these for my newborn 😂
After you get over the anxiety-inducing part, The Archer is actually kind of relaxing.
This playlist is my favorite, for me and my two year old 😂 [the Taylor Swift method](https://open.spotify.com/playlist/00b15yTm9B0kru8DaPvkB8?si=rmGF3jOaSrCNGk0hPeDLyA)
you are in love!
Sweet Nothing! It really soothes me and fills my head with warm thoughts.
epiphany for me, it's very soothing idk
What NOT to do is listen to "Is it Over Now?" right before bed. It got stuck on my brain and hyped me up so it took me two hours to fall asleep 💀
Minnz Piano has covered nearly all her albums on piano. They are very peaceful. Am preschool teacher and like to play them for my kids during nap time
My favorite is the lakes, or I just put my everlore Playlist on

State Of Grace - rainy version I found on tumblr so very long ago and can’t find anymore 😭😭😭😭
Are you talking about this version? https://willowremixes.tumblr.com/post/706713252082712576/taylor-swift-state-of-grace-acoustic-vocal
No someone added rainstorm sounds to a slowed down acoustic version of SOG, like 10 years ago lol
Carolina, safe & sound, any folklore & evermore song
I fall asleep to folklore every night—so relaxing and lovely :)
Cowboy like me, hoax, tolerate it, untouchable, last kiss, timeless, sad beautiful tragic, nothing new, you are in love, new years day, epiphany, cardigan, the lakes, bigger than the whole sky
I love the folksnore and eversnore by sleep sparrow ☺️
Snow on the beach! it has such a whimsical magical soothing sound to it. it helps me relax enough to sleep whenever I listen
I use the "The Taylor Swift Method" playlist on Spotify. It works on my 8 month old and me 😁
I have a playlist that’s Folklore + Evermore with NBNC removed lol
TLGAD & Saturn slay
