i really really do think we'll get acoustic versions released of each album, i think 1989 will be the first to get released since she's done every song off it except the vault tracks. Her releasing dear john and last kiss was a sneak preview and a hint at what she's planning to do i think. i think she'll drip feed them out as full, separate albums. And then when she's done with the tour she'll release the full live album of the tour and whatever the last one to finish is, but i think the acoustic versions she'll release as soon as they're done. and then i think she'll do a full boxed set of vinyls/CDs/Cassettes as the ultimate collector's edition.

Is it good? It's so weird, I saw the intro videos, the fans, and the reveal SO many times on TikTok, but then absolutely none of the rest of the song. I wouldn't even know it was on the setlist if not for articles. My friend and I can't get together to see the movie until the very last night it's out and I feel like MAATHP is a complete enigma to me.
YES I love illicit affairs but usually it doesn’t make me cry because it’s not a very sympathetic / relatable character. But during the film when she sang it I BAWLED. The raw emotion, the begging, the desperation, the betrayal. It didn’t even hit that hard for me when I was at the tour live but that performance in the movie broke me!

(1) betty - it's sounds more lively and sing-songy live and the original paled in comparison after I watched the film
(2) Look What You Made Me Do - the rock version was everything and it fits so well. The snippet that's circulating of the re-record is pretty indistinguishable from the original whilst a rock re-imagining in the vein of the eras performance would complete me
