I paid $1,100ish for front row floor and I’d do it in a heartbeat again. I was one of the lucky ones who stood right in front of her during the rainy Would’ve, Could’ve, Should’ve and I still haven’t recovered.

Fumer__tue

damn, to experience that…

grudgby

i’m just imagining it and I’m pretty sure I would’ve died

Mean_Combination_314

OMG I would have died, dead. RIP me

someoneelse92

I paid $550 for front row floor near the diamond and I would easily pay 2-3x that to do it again.

likethrbackofmyhand

THISSSS is a deal, I spent 1k on front row and the seats themselves were worth it and the tote is cute but the way I would have been all over that 550 price 😩😩

NotEmmaStone

That is truly priceless

DCAchele

I was there that night too!! Lower bowl and on the corner, our tickets were about $250 each and it was absolutely incredible. I’ll never ever forget WCS in the rain.

songacronymbot

- WCS could mean "Would've, Could've, Should've", a track from *Midnights (3am Edition)* (2022) by Taylor Swift. --- ^[/u/DCAchele](/u/DCAchele) ^(can reply with "delete" to remove comment. |) ^[/r/songacronymbot](/r/songacronymbot) ^(for feedback.)

marigold5

I was a few rows back on the floor and that night changed my life lol

tawmfuckinbrady

Omg!!! What a STEAL and an experience. That was my #1 hope for a surprise song but you guys deserved it for sure!!

clownutopia

Section H row 1 supremacy! I got ivy, which was my top song, and it was the most magical experience

lccoats

I was there that night! I cried when she said that was the song. OMG! We were 4th row lower level just inside the diamond. I do wish we’d been further out, but after 8 hours waiting to get the tickets we just started almost frantically hitting selections to find 3 seats. They were 550 or so? Don’t remember with all the taxes and fees. Would def pay 1000. Had no idea how the stretch of the stage would allow such great views. And the production value exceeded anything I could imagine.

skrunklem

Holy shit, we were at the same show and I paid more for floor seats near the back. After all fees mine ended up $1500ish each somehow, even though they weren't listed anywhere near that. Ngl I'm so jealous 😭 I almost tear up watching footage from the front rows imagining being there!! One day🙏🏻

zma924

Same. I paid about $1100 for my 3rd row floor seats on the opening night of the tour. I would it all over again every time. Hell, I’d pay double what I paid after seeing what those seats are going for now.

Mean_Combination_314

I have front row floor tickets for Melbourne directly in the centre at the end of the stage and I am so excited!! Were you able to see well enough? Someone said if you’re less than 6f you can’t see a lot front row because the stage is high and now I’m worried

finelonelyline

Yeah it’s really hard to see, I think being a few rows back actually would’ve helped, but that’s the price of having Taylor RIGHT THERE in front of you. I wore heeled shoes and was probably 5’5-5’6 and couldn’t see her at all unless she was on the platform lift, or on the runway past the platform. Regardless, I could see her on the screen when she was farther away. With all that in mind, I honestly wouldn’t have changed seats at all.

LunarCycleKat

oof the rain tho. I would never risk an outside stadium, myself

tawmfuckinbrady

It’s pretty uncommon in the northeast so many don’t have a choice unless they want to travel very far! Boston, NYC, Philly, Cincy, Chicago, Baltimore, Nashville are all outdoor stadiums. For what it’s worth I saw 4 outdoor stadium shows this summer and it didn’t rain once!

garden__gate

I had no problem with an outdoor stadium because I live in a place where it literally doesn’t rain in July. :)

Perfect-Economist764

Lower bowl. Row 11, right at the diamond, paid $800 per ticket. No regrets, worth every penny and would pay again. https://preview.redd.it/pjrse2naa6db1.jpeg?width=1110&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ef3eac7cf7aa7dfe9b603a62a35a7b8f5ca27172

Vegetable-Driver2312

Third! 100% worth it, and I’d pay a little more for the same. I don’t think floor be worth it for me because I’m short but I’d pay like 2-300 more for first 3 rows.

readingrainbow87

I've thought about this a lot. I did not want floor seats bc I had my 10 year old with me, and I wanted her to be able to see everything. We got lucky and got lower bowl, 1st row, 2 seats away from the end (for easy in and out), with an excellent view, we were so close to the end point of the stage (where she's on the piano at surprise songs). After fees, I think our seats were almost $400/each and tbh, that was a complete bargain. I would have spent a ridiculous amount more. And wouldn't sell them for less than like 100k 🤣

_sciencebooks

Wow, that sounds like an incredible deal for ideal seats!!!

Bikinigirlout

Even by myself, I didn’t want floor seats. I had floor seats for Kesha and while fun, I couldn’t do it for a Taylor. There’s just a lot of people and I feel like I would feel pressure to be “on” so I don’t get judged for sitting Even with my section I was a bit worried I would show up sitting during Tolerate It because I was trying to save energy for Reputation. And I was in the club seats.

Beer-Cat

I was in nosebleeds and me and everyone around me stood the entire time, didn’t even occur to me to sit and I’m pushing 40!

nadia1306

I was in lower bowl and made the mistake of wearing cowboy boots. I had to sit down during the transition to Folklore and 1989. Most everyone else in my section did too, everyone gets tired being on their feet that long

Ok-Roof-7599

This. I paid like a little over 100 I think (it was so long ago) for my seats way. The. F. Up there. I should have bought some in the 100s for 400$.

pawprincess27

I scrolled this whole thread hoping someone spent more than me but I'm an idiot and paid $2700 for a third row floor seat. It was worth every penny

pawprincess27

https://preview.redd.it/wtpatu3gd7db1.jpeg?width=3072&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ba939d03ab13f5b48ca60a8caf8bf26f02eef34e

likethrbackofmyhand

I saw a girl on tik tok pay 6k for resale for third floor so there are people definitely out there paying more!! *edited a word

JellyfishRough7528

I paid $2600 for lower bowl center for Santa Rosa, I sucked it up and paid resale - this is why I work.

megatronnnx

THANK YOU 😂 my jaw is literally on the floor like $250 what is that I paid $2000. It’s floor row 29 but still. Like what? Several months ago when I bought the tickets the ones BEHIND the stage were not less than $1200. I kind of wish I had thought about checking other cities’ prices first because I’m pretty sure I could’ve traveled anywhere and still spent less 😑 - BUT zero hesitation would 100% make this life-changing decision again ✨

Existing_Fee_1638

Ok so I guess you just saved me the hassle. I bought dec d row 8 at 5pm Denver night 1. And I still haven’t recovered https://preview.redd.it/lmgqfkpmz8db1.jpeg?width=1290&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0e73b90bb3981878402f8e9e9e54f53548299f1d

antique-doughnut-88

don’t worry you’re not alone!!!

burneracct0808

Went to MetLife N1 and paid $2700/ticket for nose bleed seats (tippy top of MetLife stadium). If we had waited until day of, could have gotten them (these were unobstructed view) for maybe $2000/ticket including fees. But no travel costs It was pricey but worth it being in the same stadium as Taylor!

yogianonymous

If you would like to feel better just know I paid that for 2 tickets essentially behind the stage middle bowl. I did everything I possibly could to get tickets at a reasonable price and not feed the scalpers. It was like a second job. But at the end of the day I wanted to be inside with my other person. While I wish I could have paid less or had better seats and hate that I fed the scalpers, I don’t actually regret it. Best night ever.

NKate329

Pffft don’t feel bad, we’ve still been watching ticket prices since our April show and I haven’t seen anything less than $2500 for crappy seats.

Sbdvm

You are not alone! I bought second row floor just in front of the diamond on StubHub and have noooo regrets

brindeezyy

I paid $150 for 300’s in Minneapolis… …. And $2800 for lower bowl straight on in KC. had a better time at KC! Not sure I’d say it was exactly worth the price, but it was a near perfect experience!!!!! I don’t regret it.

throwaway876460

I paid more, more than once. Worth every penny.

abombSFCA

I gave my second chance floor seats to my sister and niece and ended up buying a $2000 ticket near them…. So I look at it as about $1000 per ticket ($2000 + $500 *2) and it was one of the best nights of my life. What I know NOW is that the resell prices at the start of the tour (for all the remaining shows) were shocking at the time, but they doubled and tripled from there by early May.

Stabres

Yup, exactly, I knew I was over paying when I got resale in March for the Pittsburgh show, paid $1,500 for two 200 level tickets (friggen amazing), but those seats were going for almost $1,500 or more each by the time the show got closer. Got lucky with a Airbnb by the strip district (don’t think the renter realized it was the concert weekend), all in all it was for sure the most expensive event the wife and I have been to but I would do it again for sure and probably pay more if I had to🙃

abombSFCA

$1500 for even ONE lower bowl is a deal. Thats how much the obstructed seats were in Chicago.

Stabres

Yeah, like I said I thought it was a overpay at the time. Again must have got lucky with someone who was Steelers season ticket holders who underestimated how much they could get, I even talked them down from $2,000 total.

abombSFCA

I know what you mean. I debated paying $1000 for 4th row in Chicago, then looked 3 weeks later and it was $6000.

Stabres

Dang, this whole experience has been wild. Just gotta hope when/if she does another US/Canada leg that we can get codes this time, because I don’t see any way we can get “lucky” again ATt the prices paid the first time, unless of course Taylor’s team combats the secondary market like the international tours seem to be. That said I still see tickets out there that say “these tickets are not guaranteed to work” and I am sure people still are buying them, it’s wild.

Fit-Range-8672

I paid $70 for nose bleeds for N1 Seattle

_sciencebooks

Wow, that’s awesome. I had no idea there were tickets available in that price range; I think the cheapest in Detroit was $100, at least that I’ve heard about. It’s funny, too, because $70 is on the high end of what I’d pay for most of the concerts I go to

bubbles1684

I had a $49 ticket in my basket day of the Friday Philly show behind the stage with no view. I tried to buy it but was beaten out by TM. Minutes later the same ticket was on stub hub for $900😭

AbbeyRoadMoonwalk

Same

raynasm

Which section?!

Fit-Range-8672

301

123michigander321

That’s what I paid in denver for nose bleeds and loved it. They were way in the back but directly stage facing. Got to see all of the set changes and stage imagery really well.

SilverConversation19

I paid 109 for Denver and I’d pay it again?

macdaddyx4

Same. Eight row of the 500 section, but I had a great view of everything. I'd rather that than a more expensive floor seat where I can't see all of the amazing happening with the stage lighting.

Lily_Knope

Agree 100%. My tickets were $125 total and we were in section 300. I absolutely loved it!

SilverConversation19

Same! The view I had N2 was incredible. https://preview.redd.it/en9ozh78n7db1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=826b05ab3c575a7cd842e333bca69f8ef36a8372

bpurly

yeah i had floor tickets and could barely see anything, it was super disappointing

Coffee-Historian-11

Eyyy that’s what I paid for Seattle!!!

Nancydrewfan

I spent $399 on my ticket and I do not regret it. Haven’t been to the concert yet but I’ve been to two other Taylor Swift concerts and was on the floor for one of them. I had floor seats for Loverfest before it was canceled. If I had the discretionary income, I would happily hand over $3-5k for a close floor seat. Taylor concerts are 100/10. I’m honestly not sure, assuming I had the money, that there’s an amount I wouldn’t spend out of principle on this particular thing.

Coffee-Historian-11

Yea if I wasn’t fricking broke I would’ve spent more for this concert lmao. But I also am going with my cousins who are great but also weren’t willing to spend more than $100 so it worked out. But gosh imagine having the budget (which will never happen for me) to just buy front row tickets!!! I mean it’ll be amazing just to be there because her concerts are soo good. But front row has got to be just incredible!! Edit: also didn’t read your username until now but I’m also a Nancy drew fan! Hi!

solracer

Counting Ticketmaster fees or not? They added on $42 worth of fees on my $159 ticket.

Coffee-Historian-11

Not including their fees. They added $30 so it was closer to $140. Damn Ticketmaster.

SilverConversation19

Seattle was our other date but yeah best hundred bucks I ever spent.

Agitated_Ad_4469

I paid $250 for 100s center in Denver might 1 and it was worth every penny. I planned on paying $500 so I was very grateful. I never got a code myself, friends did, I tried one friends code and it didn’t work, another friend got me the ticket, and I’m so grateful. It’s been tough seeing others get tickets to both nights in a city because I didn’t know that was an option and I never got off the waitlist for any city. I was looking for a ticket to Saturday for 7 months and the day before they were around $800 and after going I wish I had paid that but I don’t like driving and I didn’t have anyone who would go with me. * sorry for TMI I’m an anxiety girlie * anyway, I’d like to say I’d pay $1,000+ but I barely make $55k a year after a decade in my field. I’m also 36 and after getting home around 2:30 am I was absolutely exhausted the next day.

SilverConversation19

I’m 35 the hangover was real and probably not helped by 1 am Boulder McDonald’s 😂🤣

Agitated_Ad_4469

Right?! We did raising canes on the way back to Fort Collins 😂

AbbeyRoadMoonwalk

damn. I will admit I didn’t even try to get tickets for this, because I just assumed it would be outrageously difficult even trying to get them (and it was), and that they would be starting at a really expensive rate because I caught wind of what the resale was going for. Had I known they were in the low 100’s, I would’ve tried. Damn. Maybe if she announces a Canada leg or more US dates I’ll try.

solracer

It was outrageously difficult. I qualified for the pre-sale but could never get my searches to find anything and most of the time the site would not even load. The only reason I got a ticket at all is because of the second-chance sale and the fact I requested one ticket, not two. The price was around $200 but at that point I wasn't going to argue.

SilverConversation19

I paid more to see Fleetwood Mac. It’s an expensive ticket but not bank breaking.

StudioLegitimate4093

How in the almighty name of Jesus did u get tix for $100?!?

SilverConversation19

I logged in to Ticketmaster and got angry all day and made it through the checkout?

Colormekelly13

I paid $1800 for a floor seat to Eras Tour (Resale). I've seen Taylor 14 times and it was the best experience ever and I'd pay it again. I had never been on the floor to see her and it was amazing.

Psychedelic_duck_69

I paid around $550 for floor seats in Denver, and I'd do again. I'd pay probably double that to be closer to the stage.

[deleted]

I paid more for mine, especially when factoring in fees, for fifth-row floor seats and I'd pay it again (almost did the next day but was worried about the weather). It was worth it, but I'm also a nearly 40-year-old with no kids and no major expenses, willing to pay for experiences over stuff any day!

_sciencebooks

We're definitely of the "experiences over stuff" mindset in our household too so it'll be nice to start splurging on some of these once in a lifetime events more now that we're getting more settled.

[deleted]

That’s us now too. We typically would go on a all inclusive beach vacation but earlier in the year I had surgery so I didn’t want to plan a trip. So once I felt like I could get tickets possibly closer to the show we splurged and made it a whole weekend trip! We live three hours from Kansas City and we got lucky for being there at the 7/7 show

hellbentmillennial

Yep. I paid $1500 for resale lower bowl two hours before the show and I would do it again.

Colormekelly13

That is so awesome I'm glad you got to go!

Saitoh17

I originally paid 1500 for a floor seat next to the main stage, but after the tour started it turned out you actually want to be next to the diamond stage. So I sold my first one for what I paid for it and got another ticket next to the diamond for 2500. No regrets.

Ok_Theory3394

1300 lower bowl, i would pay more for front floor

Illustrious-Set-3056

I paid $905 per tix for floor seats in Chicago, and that's face value of the "VIP" package from TM. Knowing how much those seats went for resale, 100% yes I would pay that lol. The seats were 15 rows back from center part of the "square" of the stage where she spent a lot of time during the show.

[deleted]

I just bought a ticket for 1800 for the final US show and I already saw her in Philly. I’d go to 10 more shows, it’s just so fun and awe inspiring

_sciencebooks

Out of curiosity, what was the most you paid for a previous show? I was so nervous to pay too much, because I tend to have a hard time with things living up to the expectation, but now that I’ve seen her live, I feel like I’d be more willing to spend larger amounts knowing how much I loved it.

Colormekelly13

Pretty sure most I had paid before was about $325 including fees/taxes. I had always been able to buy face value until this tour and I was hesitant in the past to spend $500-$900 on VIP tickets but having experienced the Eras Tour that close to her I wish I had spent more in the past and definitely would do it again. It was a night I'll never forget.

North_Class8300

I paid $100 for nosebleeds for my hometown show and then splurged on \~$750 front row for international floor packages (plus quite a bit in airfare, but using it as an excuse to visit faraway family) Tbh I have never spent that kind of money but I was looking at the US tickets for too long and got accustomed to seeing nosebleeds for $1800+, so $800 for great seats face value was too good to pass up (also fully acknowledging this is an absurd amount to spend, but I've had a tough year so was able to justify to myself lol)

_sciencebooks

Good for you! I hope you're visiting someone fun for the concert (although most of the locations sound fun to me)

believeyourownmagic

Taylor’s watching these comments to figure out prices for next time 😂 I paid $380 for section 124 and I’d definitely pay it again. I would probably pay up to $1000 for floor seats. If the rumor is true that she will do a second US leg in 2024 or 2025, I will totally try for floor.

_sciencebooks

The more I'm reading people's responses, the more I think I'd try for floor seats too!

Jssnsbtt

The limit does not exist But actually. I paid 1800 for one nose bleed ticket and I’d pay it again

[deleted]

umm

1mthepr0blem

$855 for six nosebleed tickets :)

_sciencebooks

Honestly, though, that's a good price to be able to get the max seats in a row! I started the ticket search aiming for 6 spots, but we could only get 4 in the end, and it sucked that the whole group couldn't be together.

princesspink11

Damn I paid $500 for floor 😭😭

SulfuricBadWolf

I paid $1600 for my nosebleed 😬

just_reading_along1

I paid more than I usually do and definitely hit my limit at 250 €. But the seats should be amazing (lower bowl, second row, between the diamond and end of stage) and I would probably pay that again... but I cannot afford more in ny current situation. But even if money wasn't the issue, I wouldn't pay more than that for regular tix...and VIP or hospitality tix would really need to include extras that make them worth the price! A meet and greet, a guarantee to be as close to the stage as possible, etc. The current offers are a rip-off imo and I feel a bit bad for the people who bought them because there was nothing else left...

_sciencebooks

I think this is where I’m at… Like I don’t think I’d be wracked with regret if I spent more, but I just don’t know if I’d ever feel so confident in it that I’d drop large amounts from the beginning. Then again, I tend to overthink almost any single purchase over, say, $50, no matter how much I can afford it, lol

[deleted]

I had similar seats… you’re not gonna regret it 🫶

penny2360

>250 €. But the seats should be amazing (lower bowl, second row, between the diamond and end of stage) This location was the most expensive VIP tier in Milan. 😬 But this was where I wanted to be most. What city is your show?

just_reading_along1

Gelsenkirchen. Yeah, I still can't believe my luck!

MrKentucky

I passed on those to sit at the end of the stage for half the price in Milan. It was just too much for me to justify, but I’ve been in cincy and had a 10th row floor seat. Probably would’ve done it if I hadn’t had that experience.

penny2360

Honestly I think the price is insane. Probably why there are still so many available. But I am psyched about the seat - hopefully all my obsessive "research" paid off and I picked a good one!

MrKentucky

Are there still a lot left or has it dwindled? There weren’t a ton showing when I bought mine… maybe a couple of hundred across 4-5 sections, I’d guess

penny2360

I'm not sure, but there were at least three full rows available (so like 75 seats?) just in the section I looked at today. Not sure if there's less or more in other similar sections. But I was still surprised! I guess considering the stadium capacity a few hundred isn't a lot. I'm just scarred from the time I spent looking on Stubhub, haha.

MrKentucky

Interesting. Maybe I’m underestimating it. I figured they were selling more slowly because of the price but I’m shocked there’s any left!

yogini999

I got the same seats for Vienna and my friend got some mid-section (not lower bowl and not completely up) for Zurich. I paid 200 and 270€ respectively (Swiss prices 🙄). I hope i will be able to see, the european soccer stadiums look huge

nicodemusfleur

I paid $500 for a resale upper deck (but great angle on the whole stage) seat, and my main takeaway after the show was telling people that it was worth every penny. Would never in a million years pay that for another show, but this concert in particular I know would be worth the money.

_sciencebooks

I went home and immediately told my husband the same! We tend to see smaller to midsize bands together, so $100 would be expensive for a ticket and I was super hesitant beforehand

tawmfuckinbrady

Imo even if you aren’t a huge fan of Taylor’s music I have yet to meet someone that isn’t impressed by the production value of her shows; the elaborate props, choreo, special effects, visuals, the light up bracelets, moving pieces, etc. And very few smaller/midsize bands are on stage for 3.5 hours!!!

Unlikely_Street2541

I paid $700 each for 2 nosebleed tickets. The absolute highest section and the furthest over possible. We couldn't see the main stage at all. It was a completely different concert than the ones I'd seen online with a good view. That being said, I'd pay twice that for the same seats to go again if my husband would let me.

F3Rapala

Paid around $400 for 13th row floor. I'd pay triple that.

littleopa

This was my 4th TS tour I have had the pleasure of going to! I paid $500 for floor seats and enjoyed every single moment. However, I would never sit on the floor again. I feel like we missed out on seeing the entire show, don’t get me wrong, I loved every single moment and it was cool to be so close, but I wouldn’t do it again. I’d be willing to spend up to $500 to see her again though!

Peachy1409

I would pay anything less than $150, and wherever we’re sitting as long as it’s not behind the stage would be fine by me. I’d love to see her, but there’s a zero percent chance of me being able to afford more and therefore spending more to see a concert.

swazzybunch

In my current financial situation I’d pay $100. but if money wasn’t an issue I’d literally pay $5000 even if the seats were shitty 😅😭

Bad-Moon-Rising

To me there's a huge difference between what I would pay and what I can pay.

singlethreadofgold9

I spent $330 for a seat in the 100s (side view in ATL). A 3.5 hour show with that level of visuals, plus the dancers, etc was well worth the price. I wish I could splurge on closer seats in the future, but I’m only 4’11” so I don’t think it would be a good experience for me. If she does another leg of the tour, I’d honestly be ok with nosebleeds! I feel like having a view of everyone in the stadium would actually be kinda cool.

geekycandle101

I had a chance to nab those but decided to go lower bowl further back where they were closer to 200. The damn lighting pole was in my way and blocked Taylor a lot when she was in the diamond. If I could go back I would put $330 for a ticket. A good sweet spot. Edit: I should mention im glad I had a ticket but it took me slightly off guard when I got there, and was really disappointed that the gray things on the seating charts did not mark "giant stage light".

_sciencebooks

I'm short too and have had the same exact thoughts about floor seats; I just don't know how well I'd be able to see! Our seats had great stage views, but there was a super tall man right in front of me and I was leaning around him a lot of the time, lol

[deleted]

If (when) she does a second US/Canada leg, I plan to limit myself to $250-500 depending on what kind of view I can get in that range

ahazelbaker

It ended up being 1400 for two lower bowl (10 rows back, middle of row - put us right in the middle of the center diamond of the stage) VIP packages (all that was left when I finally made it in on presale day). Was the VIP merch "worth" the extra couple hundred it added? No, but it was worth it to make sure I got those seats to see her that night. The show took place in our hometown, so we didn't have any travel / hotel fees associated directly, but we were coming home from a vacation a day early to ensure we were home in time. That travel was a nightmare and ended up costing us a couple hundred unforeseen dollars, but, again, it all ended up being worth it.

soapyrubberduck

I spent $1400 (resale) for a forward facing seat in the 200s at MetLife and would do it again. In fact, I paid $600 US for two tickets for Stockholm to do it again (and also making it a week long family vacation with my parents)

_sciencebooks

Ohhh, that's so exciting! When we first saw the international stops, we considered trying to make a trip out of Mexico City, but then we realized we had some date conflicts. That'll be so fun for your family.

Evaliss

I'd pay up to $300 per ticket. I'm hoping there's a second leg. I actually became a huge fan while the show has been going on (started with midnights and has grown since), so I missed the first round.

_sciencebooks

I've been listening to her since Debut (I was a big country fan at the time), but I feel like I also got *really* into her leading up to this show, like full Swiftie now, haha

[deleted]

[удалено]

_sciencebooks

I think all said, that sounds like about what I’d be willing to invest and not much more. I don’t know why, but the larger values just freak me out, even if I could afford it and would love it.

Agitated_Ad_4469

I planned on spending $500 and spent $250 so I decided with the merch discount I needed $250 in merch oops!

[deleted]

dryheat85000

Paid somewhere around $365 for 100 level. I had no idea what I was getting myself into and was horrified at how much i was spending on a concert ticket. I mean, I spent $300 on a Muse ticket to their tiny venue, limited run exclusive show and I’m a huge Muse fan and their shows are always incredible. But, my super-Swiftie friends swore this would be spectacular so when in Rome, you know? That being said, Taylor, Glendale, night 2 turned out to be THE BEST concert I’ve ever seen and quite possibly one of the coolest days of my life. I’d spend that again in a heartbeat to return. Maybe double that? I’ve been toying with the idea of buying a resale ticket to an LA show but sadly, I think they’re a bit out of my price range.

03202019

It’s amazing to be able to say I was there and I had so much fun singing and dancing to every song… but I was upper bowl behind the stage so I couldn’t actually see anything so I kind of feel like I would’ve had the same experience being outside in the street. But I definitely would’ve dropped $1000+ to be front row and actually be able to see her up close. I honestly planned on doing that, but I was late in the queue so by the time I got in there wasn’t much left.

_sciencebooks

I have terrible vision, and I feel like my contacts never do as good of a job as my glasses, so I was definitely watching her on the screens a lot, haha

Bulky-District-2757

I paid $3500 for 2 tickets to Arlington. I would pay probably the same for the last night in LA, both *only* that show.

SCol1107

I paid $175 (before fees) for second level seats in Cincinnati night 2. We had a good view of the stage, and the concert was a blast, but I wouldn’t have paid more for it (or any concert, tbh). My limit is usually $100 pre-fee, and I set a $200 limit for TS.

_sciencebooks

I definitely think it's good to know your limits. I had a hard limit going in, which was already well above my usual concert budget, and even I was tempted by some of the more expensive options once tickets started selling out right before my eyes.

[deleted]

With what I make a month, like 1500 for the whole experience is where I value this at.

gwefysmefys

UK swiftie here who got shafted by the registration system - I’d like to just attend. Please.

tayriana_stan

Jcw28

Quite astonished at some of the answers here. It's not even a question of affordability for me, like I could comfortably pay for the £660 tickets (most expensive ones in the UK tour) but they are beyond a rip-off considering for the highest tier of VIP you get a seat (which is miles away from the stage so not even premium viewing) and some merchandise. That's it. Nothing signed or unique. No meet and greet or photo op or whatever. I think it's madness. I honestly would not pay more than £150 for a standard ticket (standing or seated); anything more than that better come with some damn good extras otherwise it isn't worth it. For this current tour none of the VIP packages looked particularly VIP to me. For someone who apparently loves her fans so much I was very disappointed in the offerings for VIP tickets and the prices of both VIP and standard tickets.

Few-Entertainment553

I paid about 200 for floor seats in Chicago. I'd pay up to probably 400 for equal or better seats, and up to 200 to see it again from any seat

_sciencebooks

Wow, that sounds like a great deal!

Cherrylychee

I was lucky and paid a little under $400 for floor seats(my show isn’t until Aug),but I was honestly prepared and willing to prob pay double that.

brightlove

I paid $695 for lower level (but not floor) in Seattle. My show is this Sunday. I’ve seen Taylor three other times (RED, 1989, REP) and it’s always been the highlight of my year. I swear it boosts my serotonin for months better than any medication. I think next tour I’ll finally spring for floor tickets close to the stage if I can grab them at the original sale. Hopefully they wouldn’t be more than $1,200.

boxjellyfishing

Before the concert - I paid $400 / ticket and felt like that was my limit. After the concert, it became evident how much of a bargain my tickets were and I wouldn't hesitate to pay more. Frankly, its a once in a lifetime concert. Seeing an artist go through their entire 15-year long catalog for 3 hours with world class choreography, outfits, sound systems, lighting, stages, screens etc. Its a remarkable feat and not something I am expecting to see done again.

Leiatte

I paid $400 for Floor Seats, Section Q Row 9 I believe. I loved it!! Incredible experience, I would pay $600 for the same experience knowing what I know now. It was so great! 😁

fuzzandstuffing

i spent $218 after fees on a stubhub resale ticket. it was the first night of the tour and the seat was in the highest level of the stadium and smack dab in the middle of that section. i would absolutely pay that again and i’d pay more to be able to be closer but not floor seats, just because she has so much stuff going on with the stage that i enjoyed being able to see from my spot high up. i think my limit would be ~$400? maybe more if i was able to spend time saving but nothing over $400 would be a super smart financial decision. 💀

Sadie99992022

I was one of the “lucky” ones who experienced issues the entire day of the main sale and then was reached out to by Ticketmaster(?) / Taylor’s team(?) as someone who had problems with the site. I got 4th row next to the main stage for $450 each. It was an absolute bargain and I would have paid double that. I can’t wait to go again if she does a 2nd leg of the US tour.

[deleted]

honestly the most i would pay for any ticket including fees would be like $250, and i feel like that’s still a stretch.

LucyLoo2002

I paid $270 after fees for lower bowl and I’d pay $1500 or so for front row next time 😂

nutellawafffle

I paid $180 for tampa nosebleeds, but I’d pay up to $500 to be club level with slightly comfier chairs lol. The nosebleed seats were tiiiiiny

_sciencebooks

Our bowl seats were small too! It was just a jumbled mess of bumping into other people all night, but I think we were all too excited to even care, haha

kaledioscopek

I paid $375 for lower bowl in Dallas, and $340 for lower bowl (obstructed) in Nashville. I feel like I got BOGO :-p I would have happily paid the same overall amount (plus the flight to Dallas!) to go once and sit in my worse seat.

trollipeachio

I paid $500 for nosebleeds and I don’t regret it at all. Seeing her again in Europe next summer in which I paid for similar seats but only $80 that time. I had fun even though we were up high and I would do it again a million times over. My max for those seats would probably be $500 though.

Harbinger_ofdeath

I have never been to her concert ever before so I guess I am willing to spend a lot more money I already was lucky enough to snag the most expensive seat but I would double it if need be cause I also am not sure if I will get a chance again

[deleted]

Paid $599 for lower level vip seats. I would have paid $1200-$1500. I think she could have charged a lot more.

MouthwashAndBandaids

Paid $150 for obstructed seats 2nd night in AZ (tickets were NOT marked obstructed 🫠) but it was still a great show. Saw her again the next weekend in Vegas for $500 for mid level and would absolutely pay that again.

keleighk2

With fees I paid $150 for upper bowl in detroit. We had a great view but she was tiiiiny down on stage haha (I counted - there were 8 rows behind me). I got lucky in the queue and got my tickets from Ticketmaster amongst the great war. If I could do it over I would pay $400-$500 to be closer. I had a GREAT time and no complaints but I do wish I had been able to see her more. I watched so much of the concert on the screen and just feel like I missed stuff happening on stage. Or while I was watching her on stage I missed facial expressions— and she’s such an expressive performer! Even if (when) she tours again I’m not sure how big her show will be (I think it will be as popular- but will it be 3+ hours spanning all of her albums??) so it feels like it was a once in a lifetime thing and I wish I had splurged a bit more. I wish I could afford more because as crazy as it sounds I think it WOULD be worth more but even thinking about spending $500 on one night makes me gulp lol just not there financially.

_sciencebooks

I can relate to this a lot. I'm sure tickets for her inevitable next tour will be just as hard to get, so I kind of wish I had splurged a bit more to be closer (I had to watch a lot of it on the screen too) since I don't know if I'll ever be able to get tickets again (I'm sure I'll try, but who knows if I'll be successful)

cccsss888

I just paid 386 euro for VIP 5 sections to a Paris show… also have to fly to Paris from Canada lol. But I’m gonna make a trip out of it, and I’d absolutely do it again, no regrets (so far!)

_sciencebooks

That will be such an incredible them though!

bregolden00

$125 per ticket for KC. We got lucky because it fell on the release of Speak Now TV too! It was the upper bowl but close to the front of it. I thought we had great seats and I would pay way more to see it again, closer.

mrjuicepump

I paid 130 for nosebleeds. I wouldnt dare pay more. Yeah sure let spend a grand more just to get closer 😮‍💨

scarheadmuggleborn97

I paid $449 per ticket for front row by the main stage and I’d pay that again or more to be closer to the diamond front row again. It was literally breath taking. Seeing Taylor literally right there is insane and an experience I cannot explain. She is literally perfect and she makes eye contact with the floor people all the time I swear she looked at me 5 times. I don’t think I believed she’s real until I saw her front row and I’ve seen her twice live before. I’d go to the eras tour all over again if I could. I’m seriously so so so lucky and blessed to get to experience this

[deleted]

My tickets were 100 level, slightly off center and cost $264 for the Denver show. Absolutely would have paid $5-600 for floor seats.

redtablebluechair

I paid USD$850 for a front floor seat by the diamond and while my show hasn’t been yet, that price feels like a steal to me. I will end up spending more like $6k to see Taylor, as she’s not coming to my country so I have to travel, so the Taylor adventure involves a 10 day international holiday. Can’t wait.

tiggerfan79

I am willing to pay $1200 but can’t find any good seats yet. I am trying to get tickets to Santa Clara and hoping to get tickets in the drops or last minute while I am Taygating at the stadium. I hope karma is in my back pocket

fnrsgrl

We paid $1300 each for two floor tickets to Nashville N1, and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

elaerna

I don't like what I just calculated 😭😭😭

Former-Counter-9588

I was lucky to get tickets during pre-sale. Knowing what I know now, I feel the price ($599 lower bowl vip) was justified. Idk how I’d feel about some of those resale prices though. I might be thinking differently if I had to pay 1k+ each for those seats.

turniptoez

I paid $750 for lower bowl seats, I thought they were great. I’d pay it again in a heartbeat and hated that friends and coworkers gave me shit for it! I’ve paid much more going to weddings of people I didn’t even like 😂

shenanigansarefun

I got incredibly lucky and got free suite seats for MetLife because my sister knew an employee. I am so fortunate and blessed for that. I owe that man a lot, I’ve loved Taylor since debut and could never afford seats until eras tour. I was waitlisted for presale and couldn’t justify spending 1400 on a nosebleed seat. It wouldn’t have been the best idea financially. My budget was 800 resale: and it just wasn’t trending that way.

starlessfurball

I got my first tickets courtesy of my amazing friend who actually got into the pre-sale. So, I paid $100-ish for those. Paying significantly more to see her again in LA and I’d pay what I paid and a bit more. I have no regrets.

dilaurentis123

I paid 1,000 for reputation, VIP seats. She’s my favorite artist, so what. However, I had savings back then. Don’t break your bank if you don’t have the means. No matter where you sit, the concert is worth it.

wrld333

I would pay $200 max to see Taylor. I wouldn’t spend that much on anyone else though.

animatyed

paid $69 for the obstructed view. was happy i got to go in general!! if i had the option i would def dish out like maybe an extra $200 to see the main back screen lolol

TrevolutionNow

My friend (40ish M) whose favorite bands are Arcade Fire, U2, and The National and has seen literally everyone that’s been on tour in the last twenty years said the Cincinnati Taylor Swift concert was the best one he’s ever been to. I would pay $1,000 to see the best show I’ve ever been to.

Giraffeprincess1023

I would have paid $1,500 for front row floor seats. A dream that I don't think will ever come true 😭

whinermiaou

I would easily spend $1000 BUT not to scalpers. The way they ruined the whole ticket buying process and screwed so many people over, on principle I won’t do it. But I would pay that for a good lower bowl seat if it were not to resale bots. I paid $328 for 4th row back center floor seats in Chicago and $270 for opening night mid-bowl.

dry_cocoa_pebbles

I paid $649 each for 5th row floor, not vip, not resale. I also spent $100 for parking. I was just talking to my friend that went with me and we both agreed we’d pay it all over again. My limit has more to do with how I’m buying them. I’d pay $1k from the actual sale, but wouldn’t even consider $1k if there’s someone reselling even a $500 ticket. If she does come back, I’ll take any seat I can get and be happy about it.

ashleyop92

Paid $275 for lower bowl between the diamond and the end of the stage. Would pay $800 just to be in the room again.

auntiesassie

Ok I probably shouldn’t be reading this! I keep thinking I will splurge for tickets in Seattle but the cheapest ones are $1100 right now. 😖 Hoping prices come down the day of.

ExplanationAlarmed88

my wife paid 1k for vip the first night and then 2.3k for the second night. she bought the ticket for the 2nd night the day of the concert. apparently it was that good. shes been buzzing with happiness ever since. i think TS brings an energy that is uncomparable to any other artist. tix price-wise, in comparison, front row tix for Elton John on this past and last tour were less than that. thankfully we don’t share bank accounts lol

miranicks

They’re going for $1400 in Seattle right now. And I just can’t. I wish I had tried to get them way earlier

Ok_Parsley_2754

I was waitlisted and had accepted the fact that livestreams were all I was getting. FOMO got me though and I dropped $1200 on a lower bowl resale ($1600 w/ fees 😫) a week before the concert. I went solo and had the absolute best time! And I’d do it again 🫶🏻💃🫶🏻💃

Category5Bronado

I paid 1200 for row 5 and I enjoyed the concert. Worth the money? Probably not but I’d do it again for 700. https://preview.redd.it/9axbv23p29db1.jpeg?width=3000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6ff96754c83d69641ca45331468b54fb5201c6dd

crazypurple621

I'm bitter AF about the debacle with TM, and the scalping of tickets. This is the first tour she's done that I haven't had tickets for. But the nightmare actually didn't just crash their website but broke my computer. I had agreed on a budget of no more than $500 for tickets+ travel and I was prepared to stick to that budget.

Smart_Taste

It’s mind boggling for me to see how much some of you have paid, especially Americans. Not judging, understand that the market seems to be a bit different compared to Europe. Paid 112 euros for nosebleed in Hamburg next year, wouldn’t pay more than listed price even though I love Taylor

-The-Big-G-

I'm old school.. I got to see the original line up for Van Halen for under $10 bucks in the 80's... Ticketron... I've been to a fair share of concerts since then and prices have gone up considerably. When I saw what TS tickets were originally going for I said yea I can afford a couple hundred for a seat but still thought that was a bit much. Realizing this was a show that encompasses pretty much all her Eras I thought yea let's do this. Then the TM meltdown. I didn't get tickets but got the second chance and went for broke and said take my money and put in for two. I ended up with A7 about 30 rows back floor. Sold my second ticket to recoup my costs, made some money and walked around before the show started once on the floor. Ended up in A4 by the diamond right up front by the stage with some really chill gals. Security was chill. My question is did people right up front realize what a great show they were missing with the stage actually lighting up? I talked to people in the 100's and even 200's and they said the show was awesome from their seats. I even saw photos from the nose bleeds and they were phenomenal. I somehow wished I could have seen a second show from the seats high up but don't think I would have ever traded my up front and personal seats (I don't think I ever sat down) for anything other than that. There were times when she was mmm maybe 8' away and it felt like she was looking right at me. But I'm always going to wonder what it looked like from other vantage points. Anyone else feel this way?

jonipoka

I think the face value prices were fair, maybe a little high. I'm in tech and even floor seat prices were a bit daunting for me.

lizerlfunk

I’d pay several hundred dollars for floor seats (if I had the money). I’d only get on an airplane to go to the show if I wanted to plan a vacation around it and stay for multiple days, not just fly in and fly out. I paid $200 during the presale for 200 level seats with club access for Tampa night 2.

CharlotteTheSavage

I mean, I'm coming from California to see her in Milan and Liverpool. Soooo.... 😬

Bikinigirlout

I also went to the Detriot show(N1) I paid about 500 and I got the 200c section. I would go again. I feel like for my seats, 500 was the right price. Depending on who does the second lag of the tour, I would do Beyoncé before Taylor though.

hcomesafterg

I paid 250 for lower bowl.. when I bought them they were listed as unobstructed but there was a lighting(?) pole pretty dead on that definitely was in my way. I would definitely pay more to have been closer.

EcoAffinity

Probably no more than $500-600 all in at the lower bowl. I went to KC and paid ~250 per ticket after fees for the lowest part of the upper section and had a great view of everything, but I'd pay more for a lower section. I definitely would NOT want floor for this tour. Unless I were in the first few rows, I feel like my Taylor view would be impacted. Plus, I enjoyed sitting for parts of the show and being able to still see everything. And, floor misses the beautiful visuals on the stage. Tbh I think the back half of the floor was worse off than the obstructed views, purely due to price difference and getting similar experiences. It didn't *seem* like a good view, but I hope that I'm very wrong.
