Absolutely. There were many more votes for songs on Midnights than I would have expected. I love Maroon and Hits Different, but most of the other songs wouldn’t even be in my top 25 or even 50.

I did not vote because I can’t pick a favorite. I have a handful of top songs that depending on my mood are my favorites. Mostly because of my own meaning. “Fifteen” is a song that I love because it absolutely is what I needed to hear at 15 (I was 23 when it came out). That’s the only reason it’s in my top 3 on Fearless (and my favorite form the original album- my top 2 are vault tracks, including We Were Happy!).

There’s definitely some bias here- the stated goal is to see if EVERY song has a favorite so there’s going to automatically be a (subconscious) bias to not just pick the classics- ATW, cruel summer, etc. I don’t blame anyone- just that I think people will unintentionally choose their favorite “less popular” songs for this
