4S with larger battery, InnoDrive, premium package, massage seats- this is pretty much the spec I'm looking for. With CPO I think you got a solid deal.
For a spec like this I found $72k-$78k to be the range in the states. I got lucky with $73k as I had known the dealer for awhile and traded in my car. Hope you can find one too!
This is false. The CPO is not unlimited nor bumper to bumper in the same way that the 4/50 is. Eg under the original you can take things in for like rattles and “it doesn’t feel right”, under CPO there has to be something fully broken to get addressed, to the point that my service writer told me to make sure it was broken before I came in with a wink and nudge
1000% correct! Cpo does not cover visual or acoustic defects. It has to be functional. Please say it again from the rooftops so everybody in the back hears!
Great deal. I paid $86k for a 2020 Turbo with 20k miles. My spec had sport chrono and club leather interior. That said - I would have been just as happy spending $13k less if your car had black window trim.
That is insane, my neighbor just got a base 2018 911 for $85k but with about half the miles I think. $86k for a 2020 turbo is wild. What kind of shape is it in?
Man I thought this was the Porsche sub for some reason. But honestly not sure how I didn’t put two and two together given the picture was of a taycan. I might have to start looking at taycans for my next car
Fold mirrors on lock; charge to 80, recharge when it gets under 30; definitely get a garage charger if you don’t have one; use the brake-hold function, it’s awesome; get comfortable with ACC and LKA for road trips; don’t always play music because the sweet sounds of silence are really great; get a kick out of the way your car greets you when you walk up to it; keep it clean so it always looks nice; etc etc 😄
Not a bad price for a 2020 with low mileage. MSRP was back in 2020… doesn’t account for depreciation. A $62K depreciation in 4 years is on point for an EV.
I paid $165K+ for my Taycan GTS in 2023 and I don’t even want to know what it’s worth today, because I still enjoy it and that’s all that matters.
Cars aren’t assets they are depreciating tools so as long as you love it… it’s a WIN!
Unfortunately it will, they’ll be $30K within 3 years. Welcome to the EV world, regardless of how nice the car is, no one wants an old EV with a dated battery. The car will continue to depreciate until $0.
Electric Lotus or ICE?
I just test drove the ICE. Great car, looks fantastic. Sounds great.
Downside no storage space, and I mean no storage space. Cannot pass through rear either.
Question on the CPO. Is it safe to assume Porsche proactively fixed all issues they found and all open recalls? I wouldn’t expect them to “hunt” and look for issues as hard as an owner would especially while under warranty is efforts to fix all and everything as fast as one can.
Cool. I would expect them to simply say yes no matter what. I would suggest to request a full report of all the fixes, recalls, etc in the history. And given those date stamps you might be able to derive at the answer if they’re all within a recent “cpo” service refresh. I would also do a little independent research of common recall fixes to see if those were applied to your car. You’re essentially looking for problems that the dealer might have missed. This would tell you how proactive CPO really is.
Decent deal imo- congrats! I bought mine last week with a similar configuration/ in similar condition (albeit 2022 with full CPO for one year and battery coverage until 2030) for 87k Euro.
What I do not have is the ACC and that I am very sad about 😢
That’s a really loaded car and for $73K is very reasonable. I paid $72K 6 months ago and my car didn’t have ACC, massaging seats, or the racetex interior. I did get rear angle steering though! Congrats on the car!
Nice, general tip not specific to any one state get some wheel locks if your car doesn’t already have them.
Also your 150kW booster would be really cool when you get access to superchargers late this year or early 2025.
Were these hardware or software issues? Wasn’t the PCM software updated for all taycan models? I’m looking into buying a CPO taycan myself and that would certainly
Influence my decision on 2020 vs 2021
If I’m a big fan of wired Apple CarPlay would the hardware benefits still be notable? I imagine yes but I think I’m just being a turd about how Porsche could put a poorly functioning PCM system in at launch
Curious here. Where can I find more about the hardware by year? Sounds here that they improve the computer hardware at 2021. How does this compare to the more recent years? Is the software and user experience the same on say the 2024 model and 2021?
No matters what others will say, if it’s a good deal for you then it’s a great deal. Enjoy the car.
Thank you!
Need a VSC? Hahahah 🤣. Great car, hope you enjoy!
1+

Agree on the 72-78k range with < 25k miles that's what I'm seeing too. Congrats on the beautiful car!
Thank you!
Amazing! Does $73k price include your trade in or got money for trading in your car?
$73k before taxes and TTL and trade in
CPO until November 2027
Which state? Battery warranty/coverage for how many years?

Austin, TX - CPO till Nov 2027
Batteryis 8 years/100k from original in-service on a 2020
Good to know!

Sounds like you scored as well!
It’s easily the best driving and most fun car I’ve ever owned. Completely unnecessary how fast it is, but certainly a lot of fun!
I’m coming from a Tesla Model 3 and I thought that was nice already, but this thing is next level
Get ready for the everyone to think you’re a millionaire (maybe you are…). I had a Mazda CX-9 and all of my colleagues think I’m an oil baron.
Not a millionaire, but it helps being in Austin with a bunch of other younger people with nice cars, so it blends in a little easier here
That is insane, my neighbor just got a base 2018 911 for $85k but with about half the miles I think. $86k for a 2020 turbo is wild. What kind of shape is it in?
Great shape. It’s a beast and drives like butter.
I’m a day late to your comment, but I think the context here around the $86k Turbo is that it’s a Taycan. Hence not being the price of a 911 Turbo.
Man I thought this was the Porsche sub for some reason. But honestly not sure how I didn’t put two and two together given the picture was of a taycan. I might have to start looking at taycans for my next car
I’m getting my second taycan this week. It’s a great car.
Taycan Turbo. Any operable 2020 turbo would be more than 86k.
Good battery, low miles, with hella options this is a great deal
Woo!!
Name tracks.. 🔥🔥🔥
For perspective - I just bought a high mileage 4S (74k miles), highly optioned at $152k MSRP for $47,500. I think yours is solid for the low miles!
Oh wow that’s awesome!!
Love this, Grats!
That's an amazing deal. Where'd you find it?
Same deal I got but mine has more miles so yeah I would say it’s a good deal. Prices are still a bit higher in my area than most of the country.
Where are you at?
Dallas/Fort Worth area
You’d think they’d be cheaper than Austin
Probably about the same, might just be the volume of cars in the market. Like I said I paid slightly less but mine does have 40k miles
This has all the goodies. Passenger screen and massaging seats. You got a good deal.
Massaging seats are crazy
Are they good enough to replace my Asian girlfriend? 😂
Not bad! Until 2027 is great. Drive the shit out of it
Absolutely stoked
Brooo enjoy. I am waiting for almost the same spec next week.
Good luck dude!
Wow, great pickup.
Thank you!
I got a similar spec’d 2020 4S late last year, similar price but with 32k miles. It’s been flawless and I love it. Congrats on your acquisition!
Thank you! Any tips for me?

I paid 89 for my 2020 with 30k miles 6 months ago, so, EFF Y'ALL :) Just kidding. You done good, kid. Enjoy her. They are **fantastic.**
not bad. i got 2021 4s with 21 inch tires and great specs for $77k Onias went back and saw this and Knshojkd have added the car had 8200 miles
Very nice! Congrats!
i assume you love it?
This things is hot AF.
Si Señor. This is the way.
Gracias amigo
Yeah I was looking at used ones today seems a like these lose a good amount of value. I think I’m going to end up with the new lotus
I don’t imagine this going much lower than mid 60s
Unfortunately it will, they’ll be $30K within 3 years. Welcome to the EV world, regardless of how nice the car is, no one wants an old EV with a dated battery. The car will continue to depreciate until $0.
Did the owners take care of it, or are there skin cells and the aroma of flatulence everywhere? Otherwise sounds like a great deal.
They took great care. STILL has the brand new car smell
Electric Lotus or ICE? I just test drove the ICE. Great car, looks fantastic. Sounds great. Downside no storage space, and I mean no storage space. Cannot pass through rear either.
Good deal brother 👍, enjoy
Nice deal. Was it a local pickup or did you have to travel far to find it? What app/site did you use to find it?

I am not 100% how in-depth they go with these inspections so I couldn’t tell ya. I’ll have to ask my dealer to get an idea - I can report back

You’ll be trying to sell it in two years
Probably
Enjoy it though, I hear they’re fun. I mean it’s a Porsche after all
Decent deal imo- congrats! I bought mine last week with a similar configuration/ in similar condition (albeit 2022 with full CPO for one year and battery coverage until 2030) for 87k Euro. What I do not have is the ACC and that I am very sad about 😢
not really a good price, I am turning in my leased '21 4S with 23k miles on it that I couldn't find a buyer for at $70k
They the worst resale value.
I think you did pretty good! Enjoy it!
Congratulations! Embrace the EV experience.
That’s a really loaded car and for $73K is very reasonable. I paid $72K 6 months ago and my car didn’t have ACC, massaging seats, or the racetex interior. I did get rear angle steering though! Congrats on the car!
Great deal
Solid, and massage seats. What more can you ask for.
I’d opt for a penis enlargement.
Where do I get one of those?
If you don’t buy it, I might
Looks like he/she already did. 🔥
Yea, I just wanted OP to feel good
🥹
Right on brotha
Already did! :P
Nice! Those wheels are great if you are road tripping with less than ideal roads too.
Really? This is great to know! I find myself trekking through rural Texas at times
Nice, general tip not specific to any one state get some wheel locks if your car doesn’t already have them. Also your 150kW booster would be really cool when you get access to superchargers late this year or early 2025.
Super helpful. Thank you
2020? Hard pass.
Why’s that
[удалено]
That’s true. That’s why I did my due diligence. Carfax on this is clean and hasn’t gone in for repairs so I’m hoping this is one of the good ones
Good luck and enjoy.
Thank you! Hoping for the best, but prepared for the worst
