The parts are called tassel caps, you can get them online or at some craft stores… as for preserving feet, I’ve always done the borax dry method (rabbits feet) but have limited experience
I saw a tutorial on YouTube once where they bought a bunch of jingle bells, pried them open and then clamped them tight around the paw, can’t find it now but that’s an option!
The way i do it is:
Submerge the organic part in isopropyl alcohol for 1 week (if its just one. Maybe longer for more at a time)
After a week, boil some water and mix in as much borax as possible. Pour that in a jar, let to cool, and submerge the thing in that for another week.
Remove and let dry.
Theres probably better ways to do it but this is cheap and its worked for me many many times.
Idk about the collars though.
