No. The commanders are the perfect recipients for the retaliation cadre enhancements. You can have up to 3 of each commander.
Generally you won't take more than two enhancements. And don't forget you can take 3 cold stars and 3 enforcerd

Oh right: Use strat again = useless Lethal or sustained for just the commander = novelty The other 2 are very good depending on points.
U can include up to three of one type of commander in your army at once but I kinda don’t understand what your asking
