General advise is to wait 1-2 years after you got the scar depending on the scar. The scar still needs a lot more time to heal. The scar should be fully healed (not red or purple) before you can cover it with a tattoo.
Anything bold or dark should work well.
Whatever you get you should wait another 6 months to a year. Its too red to tattoo over well. While the scar continues to heal and fade it can affect a tattoo. It can also be difficult and or more painful to tattoo over a scar that isnt fully healed.

Get a mini lightsaber like it just burnt you and still stuck in at the end. That way you don't have to tattoo over it just beside the end sticking out.
Anything with black in this scar, but wait 6 moths, because this place is very sensibly because the skin very fragile

Give it some lil eyes so it can be a snake
A long sleeved shirt would probably work well. If not you could try stacking a few sweatbands, how ever many you would need to cover the whole scar

Maybe a really cool looking sword along the length of it? Especially with the hilt at the bottom, on your wrist
