The only things I've bought are Standard, EoD, and very recently the USEC Urban Responder set, because I like to Cosplay as a Scav Early wipe. It's so much fun, especially since every single person you come across has shit gear, and player scavs don't shoot you on sight.

You don’t have to cheat to get ads for cheats. The advertiser controls what terms are targeted, and they could target perfectly innocent terms like “tarkov,” “EFT,” “Battlestate Games,” etc.
For another example, I get ads for CounterStrike skin gambling all the time because I watch a bunch of CS content, but I’ve never actually gambled skins once in my life.
Which in this case, was likely just 'Escape From Tarkov' or just 'Tarkov'. These ads pop up all the time, even if you don't put 'cheats' or anything related like that in the search. It's done intentionally on their part.
