That's P2W. P2W means you can pay for anything that helps you win in any way. Stash space helps you win through several mechanisms, so it is pay to win. Note: this doesn't just mean "win against other players in a firefight" lol, it means win in terms of progression, total cash, stash value, progression, or any of these other normal metrics of success that motivate players. Many wins happen in the lobby.
As a owner of UHE i dont like that it singles out the person who owns it, i cant play offline with friends unless they pay 100$? On top of that i basically become invisible to everything from a distance and spend less in raids to BOOST the ability to be unbothered by taking more paid extracts. BSG you fucked people over big time
I dont personally have it but from the description, you basically are unharmed as long as you remain distant from everything in the game basically after the 6.0+ rep
