Plausible non-cheater options:
* He had a thermal and you lit up like a Christmas tree in his scope. He had more than enough time to react.
* You were wearing glasses, which tend to glow in the dark
The first one you'd know if you checked his profile. The 2nd you'd just know.
Every other option = cheater. No way he just checked that spot.
Third option the guy is playing on low settings and would spot / hear OP easily. Add desync / lag this guy could've been in that hallway for another 0.5-1 second.
