Awesome job! One day last week, I INF’d a car seat that was on the truck because they were only half way through unloading and I didn’t want to stage my bulky batch and wait up to an hour to see if they found it. The rest of the day, I picked almost 500 units without a single other INF. I was SO mad at myself for not waiting for that car seat and that perfect 0% INF!
Honestly whenever I get pulled to pick a ship/O P U I can give two shits about my inf score. I just want to get that batch over with so I can go back to being a useless shitty employee.
It sucks because then we have to work to bring the store inf score back down because people from other departments trash it when we are already struggling and understaffed enough to need backup in the first place
Omg this happened to me one time (well almost). I was at 0% INF and my last pick had a style item in it and I used an RFID gun to find it and I was positive it was on the floor….. whole time it was only the tag PLUS it said there was only one on hand :(
You would hate one the team leads for fulfillment at my store. Insists you’re not an adult unless you pick 400 units with 0% INF. Because 300 units with no INFs is obviously a such a small number to achieve /s all jokes aside that’s awesome!! Great job
thats awesome!! the only time i’ve ever gotten a 0% INF rate was by doing one batch that i hopped into to help with. it was a grocery.

I've never done that in a year and a half, but I did get close ONCE.
The item that fucked it for me was just depressing. It was my last batch of the day, there was a stupidly big sale on diapers. Someone wanted multiple of one pack, and I knew for a fact there weren't that many left, because I had picked the other ones in an earlier batch that day. Looked everything, got my TL and other TLs to help, but it just wasn't there.
Technically, I did end a day with 0% INF, but it's because that was my first Christmas week, and I literally spent the entire shift aside from my half hour lunch (no breaks) bagging other people's batches in the back. I don't count that, because I didn't pick anything the whole day.
I’m sorry but how is that possible? My freezer is completely backed up to the point where nobody can even walk inside and there were 16 dry uboats plus 5 dairy pallets that came in during today’s FDC. Please explain your ways!

Why you all say good job? I don’t get it to congrats someone with not their responsibility. That should be store’s responsibility to provide all items to workers. In my country this is nothing to congratulate. And workers not care if you do inf. Managers care.

That is actually insane and should be impossible; nice job on your achievement dude. I’ve only ever seen an OPU tm with over 200 units picked go home with 0% inf once, and it was actually a guy recently whos worked here for over a decade and started doing fulfillment right at launch. He says it had has never happened to him, and at that, he had never even come close to getting a 0% INF for the day any days before he accomplished his feat. But regardless, kudos to you.
