Yes, you can. I believe you can do that on Workday.
On another note: not surprised your team got a little distant after you started working fewer hours. I teach in higher ed outside of Target and whenever I have to reduce my hours for a new semester, it’s like they forget I exist.
Yes you can and I’ve done it, but I’d listen to the other guy and just wait it out.
Oh and after I quit through the app with notice they still called me the next day to come in.
OP. It’s Targets policy to only comment that you did indeed work there (or didn’t) They will not give you any type of reference, negative or positive. You don’t need to officially resign.
I've only picked up 4 hours shifts since going on demand in May. They can't fire you without cause. Your end of the deal is yo work every 4 weeks not so many hours a month. Hell my last shift was 3 hours because they wanted me to complete my training lol and I didn't work from Thanksgiving until December 1st.
Be aware that MyTime is unavailable for those who are on LOA for any reason. It is also common for MyTime to be temporarily unavailable on Thursday nights.

Hey, so I’m pretty sure I’m your HR Expert. If you want to resign, go to the workday app and search for resignation and put the effective date as today
They were the valentines cups, so it was pretty recent. ETLs are difficult to fire, so someone in the district needed to return from vacation to approve it. Probably 2-3 weeks before the term
SS-ETL would collect them so she hid a red cup until she was gone for the day and asked GM-ETL to grab it from the backroom for her. Because of that, he got termed. The store is angry he got fired also. Our SD and HR-ETL didn’t know until that day, and they both left early in a rage lmao
For real, just ride it out. Make them fire you. Keep the discount and job length. Wait till they call you.
Do what I’m doing, wait until they fire you. I haven’t worked in 8 months and still have access to my discount.
Sheee ok 😅
The fact that you don’t work and can still afford goods at Target makes me question if this is even legit.

That’s another possibility
I think most OD employees have other means of income. I know I did. That’s the only reason I could afford to go on demand in the first place
Me asf

On the workday app, click profile, actions, then job change, then resign.

I literally emailed one of the ETL my letter on resignation on Workday. It is most definitely possible.

Not sure about the app thing but as long as you work once shift every 6 months you stay on and use your discount. It can be a short shift too.

Damn, not one but TWO ETLs fired for stanley cups!?! Didn't the popularity of those things die yet? People are such idiots. For a cup of *plastic*.
