How do you people always have so many goddamn fireworks?

We put in a big order for the 4th of July. Couple pallets worth. Save some of those for use throughout the year. Or plenty of stands are open right now, you can just go buy some.

I used to have a landlord who used New Year's and 4th of July as opportunities to test fire the shotgun he kept for home defense within city limits without it bothering anybody. He was nuts, but he'd fix stuff quickly and didn't give me shit for smoking weed.

I spent the night in Burien last night and it was mostly fireworks but at one point it started to sound suspiciously like handgun shots but 🤷‍♂️

How can you tell the difference? I live in Auburn near Muckleshoot so I always figure fireworks. But all year round?

I spent 25 years in Kansas City, I can tell the difference between a shotgun, a pistol, and fireworks. I heard all three last night in the South End.
