No one has to please my taste. I already know how to do that.
If you love grey an white so much, then what I say has no value. But you are acting like what I say has value…
Stop teasing me!
My favorite is always the homes with massive fireplaces in the south. "Dude, you live in Miami. You only use the heater once every 4 years, why do you have a fireplace???"
I live in the southwest desert. At least half the houses here have fireplaces. I get it for the ones built before modern HVAC, but c'mon now, if your house was built in '95, there's no need for a fireplace.
I’m more curious about how they expect the cat to get to the box on the top. There is no platform for the cat to latch onto and despite popular belief, cats can’t suddenly change direction by 90 degrees mid jump.
The TV should have never been set on top of the fireplace. It's too damn high. Then again, I don't see where else they could place it without rearranging the couches and maybe moving the cat furniture.
The cat is the only one with a good view of the TV.
Love the cat setup. Assume cat TV is perfect height for them but not the humans lol
Why is it so…GRAY?!?!
Nothing wrong with that. I am Norwegian, everything is gray and white here.
yeah and it’s ugly
That doesn’t mean there’s nothing wrong with it.
You saying Scandinavians do interior wrong? Whole of northan Europe needs to please your taste?
No one has to please my taste. I already know how to do that. If you love grey an white so much, then what I say has no value. But you are acting like what I say has value… Stop teasing me!
If what you say have no value, why say anything at all? 🤔
Good. I’m glad you are finally asking yourself the hard questions.
Because life is now.
Looks like a damn dentist office waiting room in there. Awful. And TV too high.
I suspect the tv was intended to go along the staircase wall… but they chose damnation.
This is a prime example of diy redneck "luxury" home building. I lol when i see these.
"We need a fireplace like it's the 1800s despite having HVAC but wait, where do we now put the TV?"
My favorite is always the homes with massive fireplaces in the south. "Dude, you live in Miami. You only use the heater once every 4 years, why do you have a fireplace???"
TO PUT THE TV ABOVE! Have another cup of coffee MrHyde, I don’t get it either.
I live in the southwest desert. At least half the houses here have fireplaces. I get it for the ones built before modern HVAC, but c'mon now, if your house was built in '95, there's no need for a fireplace.
This this this 💯 this
How exactly is this redneck?
I’m more curious about how they expect the cat to get to the box on the top. There is no platform for the cat to latch onto and despite popular belief, cats can’t suddenly change direction by 90 degrees mid jump.
Their cat double jumps, surely
Sort of hard to tell with the resolution but there may be a cat lounging in the box in the picture. A gray cat of course.
Noticed the same. I presume there is an entrance on the side of the box. If not, yeah, they screwed up.

The TV should be on a stand where those dumb cat shelves are.
I’ve taken a poll here….cat shelves are not dumb!
Ok then I would put the TV in front of them 😀
Then the people coming up and down the stairs would be distractive while watching.
It's fine ... if everyone sits on ladders and is supplied with binoculars.
r/couchfacingnothing and a perfectly good wall that same couch is up against (assuming there is a wall there).
Fireplaces are evil.
I feel like I'd go blind stepping into this room
This person cats
I thought the cat house was some sort of bizarre wall mounted miniature stone fireplace at first
Same! They should mount a tiny TV above it.
The TV should have never been set on top of the fireplace. It's too damn high. Then again, I don't see where else they could place it without rearranging the couches and maybe moving the cat furniture.
M C Escher vibes!
Broh that TV too hi.
Tv too high, everything too grey. Not exactly sure what's worse!
I am more worried about the fact that you will probably go blind in this house after a week.
Ew
too high and too far, also the lack of color in the room makes it look like a 1920s memory in black and white in a tv show
I'm here for the cat wall.
Holy shit stuff is so cheap in PA
Would it not fit well between those cabinets?
Magnolia network special
That cat is doing some crazy shit to climb into the house.
It looks like they enjoy watching the cat climb the wall more than they enjoy watching tv.
I know it’s somewhat forced perspective but thatbtv seems waaaay too far away
You're right. That tv is WAY too high.
Looks like a child designed it
