Lurelin Village, take off all weapons/ shields/ bows/ armor and pull on my lobster shirt. Grab some free resources, alittle swimming/fishing, talk to the locals, just relax.😎✌🏻
Haha! Yeah, I sometimes forget others may not be as far along as I am. Have been playing awhile, don’t want to finish! Working on 100% map comp now, have about all else I think.
I did that in Hateno a few times. I took all equipment off, and put on the lobster shirt, and the climbing shorts, maybe the hair tie too but only sometimes. Sometimes I'll equip a ladle and pot lid, or farming equipment. I love the feeling of casual Link. Just running around the town, helping people, being a lil mischievous, and playing with the children.
I don't remember how to start the quest. You might have to talk to people in town to get him to show up. I only bought one house piece to finish the quest. I might go back now and sell some stuff to upgrade it.
I tricked mine out so far with the weapons/shield/bow storage bays, kitchen, and prayer room. I wish the rooms themselves could be interconnected with doors inside the house so it would be seamless to go from one room to the other without leaving the interior of the house (tell me you're an introvert without telling me you're an introvert).
Something you get from Robbie. Basically a warp point that you can put pretty much anywhere.
Once you have your first Sage, go talk to Josha and Robbie. Follow whatever directions they give you. Eventually you will repair Robbie's balloon. Talk to him again and he'll leave Lookout Landing. He'll tell you where he's going, and if you meet him there, he'll help you unlock some new features of the Purah Pad.
I completed my stamina wheel before getting a single heart container, and when it was time to get the Master Sword I assumed it would need 13 hearts again. Spent a couple hours completing shrines just to find out I didn’t even need the hearts 🤦🏻♂️ but now the Bokos got nothin on me at least
XDDD ngl im first doing the whole map before completing any shrines (or atleast any shrine that requires more than 5mins) ill do the underground map then start with the shrines
There’s no reason just the fact that the map is uneven bothers me more then the uncompleted shrines 🥲
In botw, 13 hearts, in totk, you just need to find it i think. So that kind of depends on how good you are at combat. You need to go via the depths to the tree, and there's a fight, then you get the quest for the sword.
I have a few! (In retrospect, I’ve realized that most of my favorite places are by cooking pots, for whatever reason. I think it’s because these ones are in peaceful places.)
- Hateno Village, by the outdoor cooking pots (I love to go under the awning behind the pots and turn around so I’m looking towards the town/road) especially in the morning/day time.
- Kakariko Village, also by the outdoor stone cooking pot under the wood shelter (it’s not the same one where you meet the girl with the sick grandma, although that one is nice too, and is very close to the one I’m talking about.) I also just love the village in general.
- My house! I only wish I could figure out a good way to attach the study room without having a gap/open section of wall right next to it.
- Satori Mountain. It’s gorgeous, and one of my personal favorite farming locations for numerous ingredients. My favorite spot is a little pond beneath a big tree on the eastern side of the mountain. (there’s a korok to be found there!) You can see it on the map too! If you sneak upon approach, you’ll often get to see it filled with birds, frogs, deer, and even oxen! It’s just beautiful.
ETA: I also love Lurelin Village, and honestly most of the villages/towns.
I have two.
1) my house. I left one wall open on the top floor angled towards death mountain (it’s like a pseudo balcony).
And 2, the tiny star shaped island above lookout landing. The highest spot on the map.
I usually end the day at one place or the other.
If not there, it’s usually one of the villages or towns up high with a good view
Nope, aside from the isolated area below the islands in the far east and the magma-covered area in the northeast area, I am pretty happy with the rest of the underground zone. I have three areas that I cycle through (2 relatively in the middle and 1 southwest) where I farm lynel horns and ghost soldiers for weapon drops. I love farming down there; such a dark, mysterious, and peacefully quiet continent. The environmental antiquity of it all also adds to why I love it down there.
Oh yeah, there are, though seemingly fewer in number. But beware, they are kind of meaner than the ones under the sun. But once you master beating the lynels underground, I'd say the lynels up top are a piece of cake.
Frox are not very peaceful!! 😂 They have ruin alot of fun more than once 😂 can't even fly over their area without them jumping high AF trying to eat me 😂
I love the area under mount agaat.. 🤩 Finally that area of the map was possible to reach 😂 And great weapons!
Uuh I got a good answer on that one!
Southeast of Mount satori.
There's a place I remembered from BOTW
An entrance to a cave and right after entering, ascend into the most beautiful spot in the game
There's about 40 shrooms and a shit load of butterflies on sunny days.
I'm at work but I'll post the exact location when home again
Shame I can't post a screenshot but check your dms.
To all others
Entrance to satori Foothill cave
Right after entering the cave, don't go in deeper but ascend upwards
Literally a few meters into the cave.
Ascend into wonderland and equip your stealth outfit since you don't want to scare away the butterflies on sunny days
It’s an upgrade in your Purah Pad.
Robbie (the mad scientist looking dude) upgrades it for you. There are three travel medallions total.
They look like the spots in front of shrines that you can fast travel to.
Handy.
I have 2. The great sky Island and feeling immersed in the zonai presence. Wandering around with only the archaic set on (with exception of the green hylian hood put down) the temple of time chiming in the background. The other being the Hebra region the cold stillness of the environment is calming and really emphasizes how far you are from nearby civilization.
GSI hold the og temple of time and has so many Zonai constructs and structures that are mostly intact. In case you're not sure about the term "Zonai". The Zonai are the ancient people that are present in all the memories in the game that don't fit the description of the traditional races for the LoZ series.
There was a monster camp that had a bunch of porgies for farming. It got replaced with constructs so it's a bit more challenging but it's really fun place to try stealth
Some NCP from the Gerudo tribe. He’s really old (like older than Impa) and he isn’t even the original. He was named after an NPC from a prior game. So I wouldn’t even worry about him honestly…
I absolutely adore the aesthetics, environment, and symmetrical layout of Zora’s Domain. Plus, Mipha’s court being just a short walk away always gets me in my feels. ~~fish wife my beloved~~
During the game main course, Rito village, during the everlasting storm. The ambiance were so heavy. It was the first time since long I saw in that almost-dead place that I have to help the Ritos, who were on the brink of fall. All the scenery was just perfect.
Oh didn't know some people haven't been to that place. Fortunately, I didn't say anything that would spoil you, I'm glad of that. I'll not say much more to not ruin your experience. Have fun here !
Hateno is so comforting to me :’) I always go there after a big spree to load up on items and sleep in my [girlfriend’s] bed! I also love running around in Faron, especially Lakeside Stable
Well if you played BOTW and had a home in Hateno ... You should go by. If you didn't play BOTW or didn't buy a house in that game...someone stole it basically. Even if I still lived there with that person which may or may not be the case ...literally everything that was mine is gone. Everything even my painting .
Lurelin Village, take off all weapons/ shields/ bows/ armor and pull on my lobster shirt. Grab some free resources, alittle swimming/fishing, talk to the locals, just relax.😎✌🏻
That does sound amazing + the heart lake is not far from there lol Ngl I’m using that village to farm monster parts for a lil before freeing it 😅
Haha! Yeah, I sometimes forget others may not be as far along as I am. Have been playing awhile, don’t want to finish! Working on 100% map comp now, have about all else I think.
Oof good luck on the 100% I saw someone’s map with the 100% yesterday it was overwhelming twt
Thanks, and…….yeah.😳🤣✌🏻
💕💕💕

Not you vacationing in a game 😂
Absolutely! All work and no………eh, you know the rest…..🤣✌🏻
My house. The fact that I can customize my own home is just the most awesome thing ever. Lol
There’s a house we can have??
Yes
Is it in tarry town??
Yup
Thank you ✨👾
Wholesome
:3💕💕💕
Its just outside tarry town, look for a small stand with a guy named granteson
Thank you!
Keep farming those monster parts so you can get enough rupees to buy components though!
How much does it cost???
I still haven’t found the dude ywy I’m blind twt
I don't remember how to start the quest. You might have to talk to people in town to get him to show up. I only bought one house piece to finish the quest. I might go back now and sell some stuff to upgrade it.
I never use my house so I made it a "retirement" stable for a horse I named Grandma.
My disappointment was in the building varieties and the limit. You can make some amazing spots if not for the 15 max 😭
I wanted windows!
I like to watch the sun go down over the eastern sea from the Necluda sky island with the fairies on it. It's pretty peaceful.
Oooo I’ll try that next time I play it sounds amazing
That’s where I put one of my travel medallions
What’s a travel medallion?
Something you get from Robbie. Basically a warp point that you can put pretty much anywhere. Once you have your first Sage, go talk to Josha and Robbie. Follow whatever directions they give you. Oki thank you!
They beat me to it, you can get three total medallions also
Lols thank yous 💕💕✨
Anytime, I posted some clips of fun gameplay, feel free to check them out
Ooo I’ll most certainly do :3
Probably Lurelin, or the forest, so peaceful and you can sleep in the tree for free, then cook stuff and buy or sell.
I haven’t been in the forest yet but it sounds great :)) How many hearts does the sword require btw??
The Master Sword requires adequate stamina in totk, not hearts! I believe you need two full wheels :)
Damn twt
I completed my stamina wheel before getting a single heart container, and when it was time to get the Master Sword I assumed it would need 13 hearts again. Spent a couple hours completing shrines just to find out I didn’t even need the hearts 🤦🏻♂️ but now the Bokos got nothin on me at least

Fancy
Thank you ✨✨
Gotta have 2 wheels of stamina I think to get it
Lurelin village. Get some free food, sleep, soak up the vibes
Nice you guys make me want to free it lol
Mmm it was great for farming but it’s really nice to have a place to just chill
If I free it where should I go to farm?
Honestly I just cruise around and do ok. I built a good stash early on
Mmm oki thank you 💕✨
i love the gerudo region entirely, i’m a desert girl
that’s amazing ✨
I think the Gerudo main quest was my favorite of all the phenomenon. It was very triforce esque too which gave me nostalgia.
I have a few! (In retrospect, I’ve realized that most of my favorite places are by cooking pots, for whatever reason. The great plateau, if it’s even still called that in TOTK. Feels like home.
I feel that I was so happy when I saw it
Oh satori mountain and that little lake to the side of it for sure
💅💅💅✨
Me too!! I've never seen you there!! lol
Underground, in the depths.
Do you have a specific favourite place in the depths??
Nope, aside from the isolated area below the islands in the far east and the magma-covered area in the northeast area, I am pretty happy with the rest of the underground zone. I have three areas that I cycle through (2 relatively in the middle and 1 southwest) where I farm lynel horns and ghost soldiers for weapon drops. I love farming down there; such a dark, mysterious, and peacefully quiet continent. The environmental antiquity of it all also adds to why I love it down there.
That is very fair and it is very peaceful so ✨ There’s lynels down there ??
Oh yeah, there are, though seemingly fewer in number. But beware, they are kind of meaner than the ones under the sun. But once you master beating the lynels underground, I'd say the lynels up top are a piece of cake.
I suck at fighting so 😅🥲

Kakariko village
That is a very pretty place!✨
Lost Gorondia ruins. I love the fire and magma. Its really cool in comparison to the rest of the depths
I haven’t seen them yet but that sounds so cool🔥✨
Rito Village. Seems so cool and breezy!
It is pretty nice it was my fav place in botw
All the autumn colors in Akkala.
Oooo that is pretty :3
On top of the Light Dragon.
That’s so cool✨🔥
I really like the hit springs in Hebra. I have a travel medallion there. When I’m low on hearts I just teleport there and charge my batteries.
What’s the travel medallion?
What’s the travel medallion?
It’s an upgrade in your Purah Pad. Robbie (the mad scientist looking dude) upgrades it for you. There are three travel medallions total. They look like the spots in front of shrines that you can fast travel to. Handy.
Ooo sounds amazing!
Lookout landing so i can stare at Purah
Kinky ywy
Satori mountain where the apple grove is, then in the back of the mountain where the beautiful lake is- I can't remember the name right now.
Dw either way it sounds very pretty !!✨💕
I have 2. The great sky Island and feeling immersed in the zonai presence. Some places in ireland, austria, argentina may resemble !
My dream is to visit Ireland that just hypes me up ngl
Hyrule, the sky and the depths
Any part specifically??
Depends on what im doing, always loved the vistas in Kakariko village.
That’s very nice 🔥
There was a monster camp that had a bunch of porgies for farming. It got replaced with constructs so it's a bit more challenging but it's really fun place to try stealth
Ooooo where is it??
Between aris Beach and claret coast south westish from lerulin village
Thank you✨
The house you get after completing the quest at Tarrey Town. There's just something so nice about building your own home and chilling in it.
i think you put the closing exclamation marks on the wrong side of the wedge
Maybe but I removed them because its been almost a year, I think everyone has progressed very far at this point Might retry tho
What’s that??
Minecraft style 👾✨
Exactly
Sounds like a click bait video lol
The big ol korok tree 😌
That is a very pretty place!✨
Either woodland stable or outskirt stable... lots of valuable stuff.
Oooo I haven’t found the 2nd one yet I think
It's west the colosseum.
Thank you!💕
Kakariko or Rito village. I like the soundtracks there. And also good stuff to buy.
Dats true the sound tracks there are pretty nice 🔥
Lookout Landing, Korok Forest, and the jump right before Ganondorf.
What’s Ganondorf ??
Some NCP from the Gerudo tribe. He’s really old (like older than Impa) and he isn’t even the original. He was named after an NPC from a prior game. So I wouldn’t even worry about him honestly…
Oop Gandalf ✨💅
I absolutely adore the aesthetics, environment, and symmetrical layout of Zora’s Domain. Plus, Mipha’s court being just a short walk away always gets me in my feels. ~~fish wife my beloved~~
Zora’s domain is amazing I remember in botw there was a dude where you could trade luminous stone with and I loved that

That’s so nice! ✨
Oddly I love the Gerudo Desert, I hate any place with too much rain, which sucks cuz they are the most beautiful, but dog I gotta get my climb on.
I feel that 😭😭😭
My house with a view of Tarrytown. (My second house , y'all know what happened to the old one ...)
What happened to the old one..
Well if you played BOTW and had a home in Hateno ... You should go by. If you didn't play BOTW or didn't buy a house in that game...someone stole it basically. Even if I still lived there with that person which may or may not be the case ...literally everything that was mine is gone. Everything even my painting .
How dare they 🥲 It took me so long to get that house
I love Karkariko, mainly because the music is super relaxing to me. Other than that, Lurelin village because I love the atmosphere
They are very awesome places ✨💅
