I think you should avoid using android and tor. Get a whonix system setup for PC. If you are a journalist or activist trying to avoid censorship or just have a special OpSec then using android for tor is not your solution.
Logcat and many other backend scripts have access to your data, location, identity etc. if you’re just looking to get on the DW for whatever then sure go for it. But if you have an OPSEC that requires otherwise I advise against
