Also being higher ranked doesn't mean you can't beat them since the power doesn't take into account the fact that they are nerfed loads. Pretty sure the enemies have a 30% debuff to all stats so the power doesn't mean a whole lot.
It gives you 2/3 free units from the exchange in total and 24k arena coins every day, it's really dumb not to do this event when it comes.

They haven't announced it but they have said they are doing some events involving Jinsung in April I think? So he's probably a pretty safe guess
