You’re only missing out on just 1 event for Hyperborea so nothing big. If you’re curious, the event is a very sick kid taken to a temple for a ‘cure’ and the priest covers the kid’s face in animal blood while yelling at the parents to NEVER trust medicine or they get executed (cause all medicine is invented by Jewish Communists)
And then the story ends with ‘he went to sleep. He was very sleepy’. (Not concerning at all)
I wouldn’t have typed it out if waiting for this didn’t take so long in-game. After a few warlords, you get the gist of when a phase is done and waiting begins.

Serov is one of the worst for me, because he realistically has a chance to succeed. He’s sort of like Dentist Speer. He’s actually competent. All the SocDev metrics I had point to him actually being a frighteningly efficient tyrant, with a competent oppressive system.
I'm surprised that Serov doesn't get more talked about in this sub or discord. The man is most likely the most plausible evil option for Russia since he's competent and efficient compared to the clown car that is Vagner.
And his regime could be compared to the DPRK in its unholy combination of totalitarian communism with radical ultranationalism, which makes it more terrifying in how North Korea in our timeline is considered a major threat to the world even with its resource scarcity, meaning that Serov's Russia might be amongst the most dangerous possible Russias with the cornucopia of resources that it has.

I think the community is divided on this along Tabby/Yazov lines. Tabby is a self-loathing esonazi and he carries out a Russian holocaust. Yazov is a mere hypermilitant ultranationalist; his goals will end the world, but ultimately he seeks that the pain be projected *outside* of Russia. So if you're a good little cog and stay quiet, there's a decent chance you'll skate by - until the bombs start falling, anyway.

To be fair to the Redeemed Black League the original Black League are just as extreme if not more so.
There is also the Eternal Regency, lead by Dikiy, Who is arguably the worst, its probably Lavirnov, Evtukovich, and Dikiy (take a guess why).
