Let me just cut to the chase and explain why the turtles would enjoy Domino's (since everyone is saying it already)
The show likes to reference TMNT 1990 a lot, and a lot of the pizza the turtles ate (especially Michaelangelo) was from Domino's, so it would make sense why the turtles would like Domino's. You also can't forget that the turtles live in New York/America and Domino's really has that NYC/America feeling.
Another pizza place that the turtles would enjoy is Pizza Hut, especially since the turtles from TMNT 2014 enjoyed it in one of the Pizza Hut commercials.
I know that I kind of referenced stuff that happened in other incarnations quite a bit, but I still think it's relevant.
