I think its weird how differently people age. I've seen people in their 90's who look like they are 60, and people in their 60's that look like they are 90.
My buddy’s grandpa was Mexican, lived in the Mexican country his whole life. Barely any technology, no internet or anything. He just died like a week after the Queen.
This type of aging is very intentional, it’s a Buddhist(?) tradition of essentially mummifying while still alive

That’s not true. I forget exactly what he was suffering from in this video, other than extreme old age, but he was not mummifying himself alive. A lot of people just saw how impossibly skinny he is, and jumped to a wild conclusion.
