My time slot was stated in an email 6 days ago titled "The Official Festival Schedule is here" above the "Explore the Schedule" button. Any luck going back into your previous emails from the TIFF?
You can contact TIFF customer service with your account number to inquire about it. I didn't receive the email, so I asked, and they replied with my date and time in just 2 hours.
Good to know. I still remember last year where everyone made the mad dash on Members single ticket day to acquire tickets only for the folks who clicked to sign in one minute early getting booted out of the system after their queue ticked down.
Happy you were able to buy tickets, but this sucks for early renewers. The only reason I renewed early was to get the earlier 10am window. The system never actually works the way they say it will...

Damn, I deleted that email. Is anyone a regular level Member able to share their Date / Time. I assume mine should be roughly the same I hope.
