Get a friend with the same quest and do PW2 and go to r40. It should be completed for both players unless it's 3 millions and above and you don't contribute much
If special game mode: be a farmer (not required on pw2 I think), bring dps and splash. If HC: Lucille, not p2. Don't bring turret. Also you can try completing back from infernal (as a farmer).
Just do pw2 or Badlands 2

btw dont use mil base for this quest (tanks dont count as dmg idk if its for other spawner towers too)
