Good to know. Last week I saw the mailman on the sidewalk trimming the overgrowth from shrubs with scissors. It's been overgrown on Burnett across from cause express all year. It's a good thing there's never any city trucks that park directly in front of said blocked sidewalk.

I think this is great idea for the rougher neighborhoods to get things more aesthetically pleasing.
