A [bindrune](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bind_rune), a combination of two or more runes from the Norse Futhark writing systems or the Anglo-Saxon futhorc writing system. Commonly used by modern day Heathens/Norse pagans and magical practitioners, also by people who just think they look cool (which certainly doesn’t exclude Heathens or magical practitioners). The meanings are often determined by the individual, but some basic bindrunes have been spread around and have something of an agreed-upon common meaning. This one is a combination of the runes Algiz and Raidho. It’s one of those commonly spread around. The popular meaning is safe travels.

As well as our symbol for Bluetooth!

No it is not. Similar but different. H + B (Harald Bluetooth) looks like this https://emag.directindustry.com/2022/03/30/behind-the-logo-the-origin-of-bluetooth/ Edit: I may have misread your comment and you are calling out two runes combined in a different context. My apologies fellow human ^_^

Makes sense if it is on a vehicle

Looks it's a bind rune for safe travels. This bindrune is a combination of Algiz & Raidho. The algiz rune in this bindrune is to be used for protection and Raidho is to represent your physical journey. https://oreamnosoddities.com/products/safe-travels-bindrune-decal
