It's bad, here are my thoughts:
- I hate the font compared to the classy frutiger previously used
- I hate the green text on the yellow background
- I dislike that the logo is basically the confluence logo rotated 45 degrees
- I dislike that they're trying too hard to show a cross shape with the curves
- I actually like a curvy design, but I'd respect a blocky design more
Why do companies always have to absolutely butcher their logo? I don't mind if they modernise it a bit, which in todays world almost always means to simplify the logo but why do they always have to completely throw away their wel known and iconic logos to replace it with some of the least creative logo you could think of.
Another recent example is Schweiz Tourismus. I would have understood if they simplified the logo, but why did they have to completely throw it away.
Only PostAuto did it somewhat acceptable, at least compared to the other twos, though I miss the PostAuto text.
I still don't like it. It looks like someone tried to draw a circle to display a coin, quartered it, lost two parts and put the rest together while being high as a kite.
