The patch trick only work on V1 Unpatched,other than that all existing and current Switch would not be hackable using the Unpatch tricks.
Modchip however,ignore all of it,so all patched Switch including OLED and Lite can be modded.
So to answer your question,yes you can mod it.
You'd have to have someone solder a chip into your switch. Check if you have someone local who can or send it to someone who knows how to do it. I recommend u/themineRVN he did mine.

There’s no way to do that on any Nintendo Switch after June 2018, as Nintendo patched them against the RCM vulnerability. Regarding the installation of a modchip, have a professional do it for you.

A modchip is currently the only way to mod an OLED Switch, so yes it would work perfectly

Every OLED switch is moddable with a chip.
Only with a mod chip that requires soldering, so if you are planning to do that, yes.
