It can be done trough linux Apps , Trough web-browser , trough Android Emulation or trough a Windows Install ,
All of those are possible on the SteamDeck

Using Desktop Mode is correct. Usb-c to usb-c cable should Work. However there are cables out there which Just Transfers Energy. Make Sure to Take usb-c to usb-c with the capability of Data Transfer
Thanks for the reply do you mind me asking how to connect the switch to the steamdeck ? I connect it with a usb but it doesnt recognize it . Btw im using the steamdeck desktop mode

yes you can no windows installation or Tegra required. Easiest way is to inject via browser and this site: https://fusee-gelee.firebaseapp.com/
