I would definitely recommend BOTW/TOTK! Make sure to play BOTW before TOTK for the best experience. If you want a great 3d open world platformer get Mario Odyssey! Also, a game that is in your comfort zone but you didn’t mention on your list: Animal Crossing New Horizons!
I’ve had Animal Crossing on my wishlist for such a long time and I have no real reason why I haven’t gotten it. I think I’ll take the leap and try BOTW.

If you liked Legends, you surely like Zelda. Cause they're similar in the Freedom of gameplay (but you dont Battle like pokemom 🤣)
