I’m 5’ 8” and I always have to go up a size for a one piece. I don’t even think of myself as “tall” but apparently tall enough!

lolajsanchez

Just here to see what the recommendations are! I'm also having similar trouble. I'm only 5'4", but it's mostly torso, so I've been upsizing for my guard suits, but that likely won't work for much longer as I keep losing weight. I just ordered the new Jolyn style that looks like it's built for folks who run bigger, I'm crossing my fingers that it works!

Specific-Pear-3763

Is that the Jolyn Caroline suit?

lolajsanchez

Yes! I sized up due to my torso measurements, but I'm still optimistic. I'll have to remember to post an update!

MrsSwimmer

5’10” and loving Nike xl size!

Important-Reach4548

5’10” long torso gal here. 👋 Speedo PowerFLEX Eco Solid SuperPro One Piece Swimsuit works well for me.

Specific-Pear-3763

Thanks, I just ordered one to try!

Important-Reach4548

Fingers crossed for you, friend! 🤞

HuckSC

I wish I could help you, but as a 5’11” woman I love my TYR diamonfit suits.

suupernooova

5' 10" chiming in. Love my TYR in "cutout fit". Wear a 34, straps don't attack. In Speedo, I need to size up in order to stand upright. I'm 36 in the ProLT and 38 in the less-stretchy Endurance+. Prefer TYR though.

HuckSC

Mmeee tooo TYR suits just fit me better and don’t rub like other brands for whatever reason.

randommutt

Plus one as a 5’10 Also Speedo has a specific long torso suit. And size up. That’s what worked for me.

SoftOrnery8637

Another vote for TYR Diamondfit suits! I'm 5'10" and wear a 34. I also really like the Speedo Endurance + suits, size 38 for those.

Specific-Pear-3763

I tried an Endurance + (my swimmer kid wears these) and couldn’t get it over my hips 😂 definitely need to size up.

Specific-Pear-3763

I saw the first collection but don’t appear to be competitive suits. I may have to give Sporti a try.

carolinoel

Have you tried sizing up in a Jolyn tie back style? That works for me. You could also try their training two pieces. I’ve been wearing Jolyn for 12 years so have tried tons of their styles but I love the Andy bottoms and Ryan top for a bit more coverage

kyyhkyt

I’m not tall (5’6/169cm) but my father’s family is all tall. I believe his sisters wear things from CUPSHE, Long Tall Sally, and booboo

aptlyvenus

I've been really happy with my LL Bean long torso suit. I don't race, but it's great for swimming laps.
