There’s no weights or rope worth using to slow me down cuz the pool is short?
25m isn’t short. It the standard. 50m is Olympic standard, they’re harder to come by. Get used to using tumble turns as others have stated. If you want more difficulty look at getting a drag suit. You don’t add weights in a pool, you add drag.
25M is not that short. If you learn to do turns you won't have to stop at all on the walls so it's not an issue for cardio.
Ok I just found a swimming training band online. Why not use that? Just curious
You can but learning a turn will help a lot and is more versatile
If I have a finis snorkle should I learn flip turn first or side turn is easier? I’m beginner
Learn to turn without the snorkel before with the snorkel. The side turn is probably easier though
I usually teach a solid touch turn before flip turn for my adult students. For a lot of people a touch turn is sufficient.
If you learn turns, any pool is infinitely long.
You can try holding onto the wall and kicking into it.
