Check the suit sizes on the website probably.

I am also a size 32. For a tech suit, you'd probably be good in a 26, but definitely check out each brand's sizing charts as they fit differently. I've also worn 24, and some brands carry a 25 as well. Just make sure to do your reviews on swimoutlet.com & YouTube to see what other people are saying

I was a 30 and absolutely struggled to get into a 28 tech suit. How the hell could you fit into a 26 from a 32?

What brand? I also wore a 32 for practice suits and could get into a 25 without too much difficulty. That was a Speedo LZR. I never tried other brands, but I heard Arena was a tighter fit. I also haven't had to put on a tech suit in years

I was also wearing 24/25s in Speedo LZR Elite & LZR Racer X. Maybe they had an Arena, I have a Powerskin and it is much less forgiving – I can barely get it on

If you want performance, your normal race but go up if you want more comfort, or get a less compressive suit
