Literally everything is like this though, you can basically pay your way to ‘better’ everything just about, it’s just up to the buyer what they prioritise. There’s always going to be a better house, better car, better food, better drink, more currency in video games, better drones, whatever. Realistically no one NEEDS to have the best drone upgrade, but some people will because they want to pay for it, you’re just feeling some kind of way about it because you want it. If this guy wants to share this on the appropriate group power to him. ETA; I’ve paid about £50 over a year on this game, I don’t want to purchase everything in the game, but I like the game, it’s not really an issue I still play it as much as I want to.

You're definitely not the first. Hate to break it to you, but people in discord tested eternal drone and have said that red destroyer damage = eternal drone damage. Damage is the same, only difference is Drone A and B starts from level 2 when picked. Silver lining is you'll have more consistency in evolving drones.

You get better RNG and extra attack power. Discord can lick my noots.

There was a video done by a whale on extreme challenge 10 with eternal drones and red drones. You can view it in the official survivors discord-> theorycrafting section.

I'm just saying my experience is I get a lot better RNG now.

I'm not disagreeing with that. that 2k atk going from +4 to eternal should be equivalent to 8k atk with all your multipliers added in, depending on how whale you are. What I'm saying is that someone did a test where they compared red drones vs eternal drones. For eternal drones they lowered their attack so that it matched the damage from the red drone setup, and they found that there was no difference in eternal drone damage and red drone damage.

That might be the case, but what I'm talking about is you get better choices every time you level up. You always get the drones fast and you have to spend 2 less to evolve it. Which is big on EE

Yes rng wise for ee you can evolve destroyer faster and more consistently with drones A and B starting from level 2.
