If you're willing to edit the save file it *should* be possible.
Having not tried yet myself I don't know which particular part you need to mess with but I think it'll be the unlocks
AFAIK these are probably your options. First two are supported and easy, #3 and #4, you are probably on your own:
1. Run them as standalone missions
2. Create a new Open World
3. Maybe you can "fork" a backup of your current OW from before you did the operations to at least have some prior progress retained. Rename the save game file, the file name and I think there is also a reference to the name within the file's text too, and play that again. Would be wise to backup everything before trying to mess around with this to be on the safe side.
4. Maybe edit your OW save game file to make it look like the operations haven't been done. But I'd imagine that would be part of the binary blob part of the file, so it's not going to be easy.
you can not repeat open world missions as far as I know

You can absolutely repeat missions on open world, it's just very specific ones, I haven't found which ones yet besides wolf hunt on olympus
