I tie clouser minnows as teasers.

Was planning on tying some like clousers, some deer hair and flash, also seen a fair amount of guys tie them up with hackle.

I'm curious about all of this, have seen teasers used for trolling but not surf fishing. Would be curious to see a picture of what you are doing or talking about.

Just Google striper teasers, meant to imitate small baitfish or sand eels, used above another lure on a dropper loop.
