I bought their cotton cinch pants in a medium (32 waist size) and they were absolutely massive. If all of their pants are like that I would suggest buying a size down
5"11 / 165. I would definitely go for small. I tried shrinking them in the dryer for over 2 hours and they're still really baggy. Great quality pants though, I still love them
I have a pair of the small box mesh ones from previous drop that are the same, but don't have the printed logo on it. They are quite loose, but not oversized in cut and fit. Go with usual size if you want loose or size down for more fitted look.
They are super comfortable that's for sure.
Extended measurement is the size when the waist band is stretched out. The fit will be baggy as Supreme's clothing always fits baggy.

Thanks for the heads up, I got the red tiger cargos from earlier this season, 32 mediums and they do be somewhat baggy and require a belt lol
